Very polite and accommodating!! I’ve had a lot of questions and issues with things and they’ve always helped me with them above and beyond what I would expect!! I know they likely sigh internally when I show up (I would too if someone showed up with 10+ packages, some international, every few weeks) but that has never impacted their services, truly under appreciated, thank you so much to everyone who works there regardless of if you’ve directly helped me or not

My packages keep being delivered to the wrong building and I have to keep going around the apartment complex looking for it. The buildings have numbers and letters. 120B it's not the same as 120A. How hard is it to deliver to the right building. I went to the post office before about this problem and the supervisor told me he would come out to check the mailboxes and never happened. I can see this happening from time to time even though it should never happen. But to happen almost every single time we are expecting a package it's ridiculous. Please 🙏 have someone addressed this problem and fix it.

They discriminated against my wife for being young. Something I never thought we'd have to deal with in this day and age but we definitely had to deal with it here. Implying we are unintelligent because we are young and we are what's wrong with today's society, all because we went in wondering why our mailbox key was mislabeled. Use any other delivery option, do not come here.

I have tried calling the phone number listed for the local branch. It tells you to stay on the line if you need to talk to someone. What a joke! I have called this number over 15 times each time it rings for about 3 minutes then disconnects. Or just disconnects immediately. No customer service whatsoever.
