Way under staffed. The employees are friendly and work very hard to accommodate but more staff available to help customers is needed. My husband is considering switching our stuff to another bank even if it means driving a little further.

Called 6 banks can't get through cant access the app can't set up phone cause can't speak to real humans that's dirty im done with this bank,the app was fine now its unreal
