I went there the 26 of august last year to get a hair cut for my birthday… It was horrible I got my face cut a little my bangs were uneven and my hair was uneven too and the audacity that y’all had to tell me “It’s looks so pretty” when it didn’t I looked like Willy wonka seriously that ruin my 14 birthday and I felt so ashamed of my looks that I even cried after I got out of there and I cried when I had to go back to school because it was horrible dont go there. No this isn’t a fake review but I will like to not share my name but I don’t know if you remember me but I was the girl that talked Spanish and with a mother that didn’t speak too much English and I remember that in that day y’all were doing a hair cut to an old lady and if I’m not wrong and no y’all weren’t on vacations because if I’m not wrong I came that day around 10/11 AM and I’m just saying this so no more people go there and ruin their hair because it was embarrassing how I looked liked with my hair cut and we even showed one of the staff a photo of reference.

I'm scrolling through these reviews and I'm actually shocked by just how rude people are. First of all, people aren't always other peoples cup of tea (its a choice to interact with people). Secondly, we are all very particular, in reference to our own self care. If you are a salon jumper then you probably need to do your research on what type of stylist you are looking for before stopping, then being upset YOUR standards weren't met. Wild Flowers is a lovely salon, the atmosphere is fun and entertaining and the stylists are different but fun folks with style of their own. That being said, it is a choice to visit and if you care about self care that much, do your research to find the person that will fit your style and your experience! Amilia is a joy, she is full of energy, a woman of many talents, a mom, a friend, a business owner of more than one business and gives hours to helping this community. She isn't perfect but as a wise person once said... "There is none righteous, not even one!"

Amilia consistently knocks it out of the park with my hair. She has helped me grow my hair from a pixie to past my shoulder blades. She has helped me to keep it healthy, and has colored it beautifully so that I don't get bored with it and chop it off. In the past, she's done every color from purple and black to cherry red and then has color corrected and taken my hair to platinum blonde [in a few sessions as it takes time]. The hair always slayed! She killed it every single time. Amilia is talented and you won't be disappointed.

The only salon I know of in Shepherdsville that is capable of doing multicultural hair. It’s very difficult to find someone who knows what they’re doing with naturally curly hair, I couldn’t recommend this salon enough!

Amilia has done my hair multiple times! From cuts to color, I’ve always been extremely satisfied. Her knowledge and integrity is unmatched in the area, and it’s always a good time while in her chair! She is honest, fair, and a great person to give your business to! Will always return to WildFlowers!

The owner Amilia is rude and will straight up rip you off for the most basic color service......went once and NEVER again, completely taken advantage of. Update: despite your response in Janaury of 2024 I WAS a client of Amelia and yes I know my reviews are public and TRUTHFUL!!

Amelia does a great job cutting my hair, my wife says it makes me look younger. It's a win-win.

I had gone here a couple times a couple years ago. I went once for wedding hair which was great but the atmosphere was off, I figured it was because of how early it was and how much hair I had and brushed it off. I went again for a highlight the next time. The stylist did great but it was again, very uncomfortable in the shop. It soon became clear that the owner, Amelia, seemed to be the cause. While I was there for the 4.5 hours it took to do my hair, the owner made fun of two of her clients openly to the whole shop before and after they left. The stylists were quiet and I didn’t feel comfortable saying anything because I didn’t know the situation in there and didn’t want my hair messed up in retaliation. It took me a couple years to feel comfortable and feel like it was worth it again to try to get my hair colored at another salon the experience was so uncomfortable and bizarre. I’ve recently discovered I’m not the only one who has heard the owner talking crazy about clients who are paying for her services. I finally tried a different salon today and thank GOD it showed me what professionalism and a good atmosphere can do for your experience.

Amilia has been doing my hair for 4+ years and I never leave the salon feeling unhappy. She’s the only person I trust with my hair. She has brought my hair back to life!! It feels amazing and I get so many compliments. Best around town.

Don’t come here unless you want your hair yanked out and than falling out after. Smh. Shouldn’t even be a hair stylist if you can’t do your job
