My son has an older car that was hit from the back and when we went to one of the big “collision” shops they handed us a ridiculous quote and told us we were better off scrapping it.
My son was sad to say the least and the car was still in great shape except the frame needed work and the body parts needed replaced.
I went to Riggs and spoke with Russell who assured me not only could they fix it but if I dropped off the parts they would make sure everything went back on correctly.
The quote was amazing and the job done was exceptional.
It’s nice to see a professional shop that still takes the time to lift up those of us who are trying to make life work.

He gave me a tour of his clean and up to date shop and offered a quote on the rusted roof of my 200@ Tacoma. We made a start date with an informal done time of week or more. “I could not recommend Louie enough!!!! See attached photos for before and after. He got us back to brand new!!! His prices are reasonable and fair. Him and his team do fast, high quality work. He is also just a kind, genuine, honest human. We had an issue with the after market headlight he installed draining the battery (a new issue neither him, us, or the dealership had encountered before) and Louie fixed it, no questions asked, very quickly and free of charge. Again, if you are in Louisville, Louie’s is the only place you should be taking your car!!!”
