“I could not recommend Louie enough!!!! See attached photos for before and after. He got us back to brand new!!! His prices are reasonable and fair. Him and his team do fast, high quality work. He is also just a kind, genuine, honest human. We had an issue with the after market headlight he installed draining the battery (a new issue neither him, us, or the dealership had encountered before) and Louie fixed it, no questions asked, very quickly and free of charge. Again, if you are in Louisville, Louie’s is the only place you should be taking your car!!!”

“In January 2025, my vehicle was hit by an impatient driver. I was referred to Don Ott's Auto Body Inc by a co-worker and I am beyond thankful for that. Don was great to work with on getting a quote, and dealing with the other driver's insurance to get things approved for my repairs. His shop did an outstanding job of not only getting my car fixed in just one week - even though the bays were full with other vehicles at drop-off & pick-up, but also with having my vehicle look like nothing ever happened. The cost for repairs was also very reasonable; actually, it was less than I was anticipating for the work. With this review I have shared before and after photos. “I first went in and spoke with Patricia, and immediately I couldn't have been more happy with the information and customer service provided by her. I continued to speak with her periodically until the insurance company finally got my car to the shop. After the vehicle arrived Patricia maintained and continued to keep communication with me. The final week of the project with Patricia out of the office, I spoke with Carl several times and the customer service continued to be excellent. Upon things getting wrapped up we stopped by early on the day of completion to go ahead and pay our portion. My son had to drive to the bank to get a money order because they don't accept debit cards, which I completely understand (they charge 10% of the total charge). Once we got things squared away and my son got his vehicle back we couldn't believe how good it looked and how well it drove. Thank you guys for the speedy process and the amazing outcome as well as everything in between.
