Just wanted to take a minute to thank Venhoff Plumbing for the excellent care I received yesterday when my supply line to my commode tank ruptured and started to flood my bathroom. Called the office around 3:30 - 4:00 pm, they immediately sent 2 plumbers out. They evaluated the situation and went right to work. Very professional and courteous. They even helped clean the water up and left the job spotless.
Thank you, Bill Atteberry

We will NEVER use their services again. They installed our shower controls too close together when they had all the controls/fittings there on site to properly measure. I had to tear out the finished tile for them to come back and make corrections. Now, the faucets are far enough apart to install handles, but they put them back 1/2" out of level. Handles are within 12" so 1/2" out of level is quite obvious. I made the mistake of considering them for more work when their quote inadvertently had a nasty note in parenthesis " Beware, expect work for free". NO, we expected you to fix your jackleg's screw up without charging us more. Hindsight, we should've billed them for the extra work we had to do to tear out and patch back new tile work. They were paid immediately in full for each invoice we were ever given.

I had to have my sump pump replaced and fix a dripping shower faucet to come out cost $200 and $160.00 each additional hour. My total bill came up to $660.00 - When I expressed my concern on how EXPENSIVE it was, Tony's reply, I can put the broken sump pump back together? it's still $200 for coming out. I will not be using them again.

You know, probably had 3 different plumbing services at my house. Within the 13 months that I have lived here and today I got to experience the company of your company to come out to my house and install gas lines for my dryer and you know i would totally recommend this company above any other company that I have dealt with number one, the customer service is above and beyond, I was kind of nervous at first because the guys were a little younger, but Matt did extremely well . . He was friendly and you know he, Conversated but kept it Professional and then I think the other guy that came later during the job. His name was Dylan and I wouldn't have to say. These are the probably the 2 friendliest guys. I have met living in Louisville Kentucky. And I will definitely recommend your company to anybody anybody

We thought we may have had something wrong with our water heater. Venhoff came and checked it out. There was no problem. They were here less than 1/2 an hour. Cost $170.

It's hard to find a company like this and when I do I stick with them. Venhoff helped me finish a redo on my bathroom and they were thousands of dollars cheaper than the first one I called..I have used them for plumbing needs again since then and I will be calling them for heating and cooling issues this fall also because I need a new thermostat. Thanks Venhoff!

I don’t really want to waste my time or energy on such an awful company who clearly doesn’t care about their customers. I’m only writing this review to hopefully save the next home owner. We got all new toilets with this company (among other work). Our downstairs toilet we received was partially broken and they somehow didn’t notice it. It continuously ran after being flushed. We had to fight them to come out and they ended up taking care of it since we contacted them just the day after. Fast forward to a couple months later, we’re having a leak with the upstairs toilet. The leak is so bad, our ceiling is drenched and water is literally leaking from our ceiling. I called this company, no response, no call back. I called their emergency line, no answer. Called it back again a couple more times before someone finally picked up. This is an emergency line after all. Whoever picked up told me about their awful warranty and refused to take care of our issue. I’ll attach pictures of their work and let that do the talking. I’m obviously no plumber and obviously the ‘plumber’ who installed this toilet isn’t either. They also cracked a piece to my water heater when they first worked on all my projects and left it completely soaked.

I used Venhoff exclusively for irrigation system service. They come out twice a year to open and close my system. This most recent time out, they discovered a problem with one of the spray zones. In a troubleshooting effort, the technician put the bad zone with a good one just to rule out a problem with a controller and confirm that it was a wiring problem. This took just a few minutes. The technician said he would come back later to fix it correctly. He came back a week or so later and spent considerable amount of time trying to fix it correctly but was unable. He then just put the bad zone with a good zone again and called it fixed. He employed the same quick fix/troubleshooting measure to get the bad zone spraying again and called it a day. It WAS NOT FIXED but I was charged $540 for their efforts. The invoice also said the price was "as quoted" which is not true. I would have never agreed to a plan paying them for TRYING to fix the system. I called the office to express my displeasure only to be told that the technician actually saved me money because replacing the bad wire would have cost me $1200. None of that info was shared with me up front. Not at all happy with the job done or the communication with me. Done with Venhoff.
