out of all the zips i have personally been too , this one by far is the worst ! the vacuums never work no rags no spray bottles nothing you tell the workers and they act like its not there job to refill and make sure everything works !!! this site sucks

I recently tried Zips car wash, a hands-free car wash, and it was a game changer. The setup was incredibly convenient, allowing me to stay in my car throughout the process.
The automatic system effectively removed dirt and grime, leaving my vehicle spotless. I was impressed by the thoroughness of the wash and the use of eco-friendly products.
The staff was friendly and guided me through the process, ensuring everything went smoothly. The entire experience took about 15 minutes, which was perfect for my busy schedule.

Have joined one of their unlimited monthly wash clubs & am very satisfied. I am also glad they have partially made available the use of their vacuums again.

Honestly just a bad experience all around! Our car didn't look hardly any cleaner after we came out the other side. Then we went to use the vacuums and multiple spots had suction so weak that they were useless, so we had to drive all around!
Then we realized one of our headlights had lost its plastic covering! One of the workers found it within the car wash. We filed a claim and then they said they wouldn't pay for it because they could supposedly tell from the photo that there was pre-existing damage? I can't even see whatever they are referring to in their report. It would've cost them very little to fix it. I am never going back there!!! Bad service.

I had a Wonderful experience at Zips Car Wash in Shivley. You staff members Shawn (Supervisor) and McKenzie are so AWESOME! GREAT and Passionate employees.. They really take pride in their work.. If i was their boss.. I would definitely give them a raise! Follow-up withem and see how great your establishment is well taken care of..
