I went there tonight to get a snack for my kids. The two girls that was behind the counter was very rude. I didn’t even have time to move out of the way. When one of them said you can’t stand there to move over. They are very rude.

At 6:40 they had already closed and said they put all of the pretzels away. Pretty ridiculous if you ask me. Last time I got a pretzel it was a little dry

Got this as we were leaving the outlet mall. Drove the 45min home and started eating it… there was hair twisted in the pretzel bites. So disgusting and unsanitary. I’ll be calling the health department in the morning. They need to be wearing hair nets and long beards should not be allowed!!!

Waited 30 minutes for pretzel nuggets. They only put them in the large cups, and will not make a small even though it's literally just in a smaller cup. Everyone in my group got stomachaches immediately after eating. Pretzels were greasy (even by Auntie Ann's standards!) and stale. Worker had a runny nose and kept sneezing on the pretzels. Really should've walked out. I'm never coming back.

If I could give 0 star.. so my husband order 2 pretzels they said 15 min wait we waited and they gave us over cooked dark brown close to burnt. We took it came out of the store but my husband decided to get a dip/sauce. We were standing right out side the door and What I saw while my husband was going in, baking lady had raw dough rope around the neck of other co-worker and playing and having fun. There was no customs except my husband re-entering.. they saw us watching them and she removed the dough from his neck. This scene was so gross we wouldn’t go there again. Not to mention the store was not clean. Not sure why they have a “A” rating from health department.

Waited in line for 24 minutes wanted a small pretzel nugget. Was told “sorry we only have the bigger sizes made up.” So had to pay more when I didn’t want to. To top it all off they were all burnt which was fun trying to get a toddler to eat.

Due to “running out of dough” they could only offer half of what’s on the menu. All they can offer is what was pre-cooked, and been sitting in the warmer for a really long time. The only reason I gave them two stars is the gentleman who told me was nice. I assume they don’t want to fix anything An hour before closing.

Employee rolling dough had a runny nose. I’m standing in line waiting to order and I see this women continuously take her gloved hand and wipe her nose with her tshirt and then roll the dough. I was disgusted and so were the 4 ppl behind me….Just gross and unsanitary and yes we got out of line and left..

Ordered 2 small pretzel nuggets and 2 medium drinks. We took our food to a table outside of the store to eat. We then discovered that one of the cups of pretzel nuggets was doughy and undercooked so we took it back into the store (literally 2 minutes after receiving the order) and explained they were doughy and could we exchange them for some that were fully cooked. I asked the girl if I could just get my order replaced with a fresh order. I had a small, all she had were larges. I said well then let me have a refund. She asked me for my receipt which I had thrown away. She acted very put out with me and was very unprofessional in dealing with me. The other two girls that were working, just stood there and did nothing. I personally would never have these three women working for me. I will not be back.
