I was disappointed that I needed to pay .10c for a bag. Especially watching employees unwrap products in the store that have come in from other countries, every item is folded and packaged in a bag individually, and placed in a box for shipping. All of these bags go into the trash, not recycled. Passing poor business practice on to the consumer just doesn't sit well. I watched as customers put their purchases into other shopping bags or walked out of the store at the mall to put items into their car. Or like what I did, because I did purchase items, because I love H & M, I put my products into the Abercrombie bag I was holding. If ya want to save on bags....check with your supplier.

They have the best clothing to look fashionable and comfortable for work! I like their long Jean shirts and their pants. ESPECIALLY their Fitted Microfiber T-shirts (super smooth and easy to take care)!! I want to get one in every color. When I didn’t find one in my size, the gentleman who was the cashier was nice enough to go to the back room to go find one for me. Friendly customer service. ????

Arrived twice on a Sunday at 6pm and they are closed . The hours listed on google and on website say they close at 7pm. Change your hours idiots or at least write a sign that says closed early. Wasting peoples time

Went inside h and m looking out for some swim suits, then got told that they’re closing in 2 minutes due to a tornado watch. We were told to hurry, so I proceeded to check out, the lines were cleared, but the cashiers were talking with each other for at least a minute straight, fine with that, after I checked out and left the store, I realized that the blond hair with brown root male cashier didn’t take out my security tag on the swim suit that I have to use the next day, went back saw the same cashier leaving the store, I ran and called him several times to just take it off, yet he had the worst attitude and pretended like he didn’t hear me and kept walking. I would never purchase from the store again seeing that cashier.
