Had a strange experience. Nor sure if it's because the store was super slow or because I am
not Anglo but was constantly asked about my sizes and if I need help. Either was I was uncomfortable and left.

The young ladies working there were very diligent, professional, polite, and helpful. They had the store so organized and clean. They were also extremely knowledgeable about Levi style and of store inventory. They were managing the crowds like champs. The cherry on top of it all was how encouraging and complimentary they were about my choices. They were just great. I hope to come back many more times.

Your employee named Ace went above and beyond to help me find 4 pair of pants that actually fit. Most employees could care less. Ace was an exception and was helpful, kind and courteous and actually cared about me the customer.

They need to start carrying longer lengths in waist size 38 and above . My son wears a 40 waist. By 36 length . Why dont they have longer lengths for tall people in bigger waist sizes .

Everything I purchased has a problem. The shirt is off centered on logo in the front. One pair of pants the zipper is damaged and doesn't work at all. Other pair of pants the stitching around the top by the belt loops are falling apart. The bottom are falling apart to.

Terrible attention, I arrived and greeted two different employees, none of them greeted me, I asked for help and was still ignored, I was going to buy 2 pants for myself, and with so much lack of respect I decided to leave...Ah, the guy who was there as an employee with headphones on, we're in another world...
