I let my wife do the shopping here. They had a large inventory of clothes and accessories here. The store seemed well stocked and clean. The employees were helpful and friendly!

The Outlet Shoppes of the Bluegrass apparently security cameras aren't needed in the parking lots. Considering they're a detterant for thieves and criminals. Talk about not caring about the safety of their customers and the employees that work in that mall. Especially, when things continue to happen in those parking lots, according to the police. My daughter is now scared to leave her room! Be careful shopping at this outlet mall. We thought we would be safe. Might as well h

First, let me say I am not a huge fan of going shopping and walking malls. I volunteered to take a group of Guatemalan youth to this mall and it lasted about 6 hours. That was at least 4 hours longer than I needed. The youth seemed to enjoy it and bought some things they were happy with. I visited ONE shop which had to do with cooking. There were lots of places along the way to stop and sit to take time on my phone. I also stopped in Johnny Rocket's Hamburger joint which will be spotlighted in another review. This mall is all walking outside, partially covered, which was good since it was raining when we arrived. There seemed to be a good selection of stores to browse and shop in. If you like shopping LOTS of stores you may like the Shoppes of the Bluegrass. Don't let my less than stellar review hold you back.

The outlet mall is pretty consistent with its stores, and all of the great sales they have. However, there is one problem that I always heard about when I worked there, and still hear about to this day. It is some of the security that goes throughout the parking lots and stores. I've heard of not one, but two older men who have constantly made girls uncomfortable, including minors. As big as the outlet is, and how it's becoming more and more popular, it's important to take the right steps in order to take care of this problem. A young lady shouldn't have to worry about someone who follows them throughout stores and continuously makes them uncomfortable. I know of someone who is even a minor, and has said an older security guard "in his 60's" has constantly made jokes about dating her and such. Joking or not, it's not funny at all and it's unacceptable. I'll be taking this to the head of security once I find the name/s.

The store selection could be improved. The prices aren't much better than retail. It needs more restaurants. The July 4th fireworks show was nice, BUT... the SIMPSONVILLE COPS handling people getting out after the fireworks were IMO COMPLETE and TOTAL MORONS. Rather than letting traffic go 300 yards and get on I-64, the IDIOTS sent an entire line of cars down a dark unmarked country road. Many including myself were stopping to figure out where they were. The outlets mall is an attraction for people from outside the area. If the cops are not aware of and sensitive to that fact, they should be fired. The mall should hire their own security force to take care of the customers. I will not go back to any "event" at the mall!

I love that we have this in Simponsville! It has so much to offer. Some of the stores here are Gap, Nike, Tommy Hilfiger, Banana Republic, The Loft, Fossil, Old Navy, North Face, Columbia, and so many more. There is something for everyone! I would recommend eating somewhere else before shopping because their food court is super small. There's also a Johnny Rockets restaurant here, if you are a fan of that.

We are so fortunate to have the outlet shoppes of the Bluegrass a short drive from Louisville! Always seem me find what I'm looking and then some!!!!! On this occasion it was a Tory Burch handbag for my wife that she had mentioned. The sales staff was great, helping me find exactly what I was looking for. To make things even easier, I was there on a weekday which was nice and quiet!!!! Couldn't enjoy the usual stop at Ghirardelli's for a sundae since my partner in crime (we split the calories!!!) wasn't with me, after all it was a surprise gift!!!!! Love this place!!!!!
