I spent the night of 4th of July doing laundry there and showered so I was in store meandering for a good 3-4hrs. In that whole time, I observed that not a SINGLE person EXCEPT the white ppl that came in there IN THE WHOLE 3-4hrs was told “welcome to Pilot”, “Have a good night”, “Happy4th”, “Enjoy your night” etc. Working that night , there was a chubby white male and 2 white pretty young ladies. Then later I guess shift changed or what but I saw 2 white older ladies at registers. Out of the complete team,the team of the Caucasians that I watched upfront by registers in those 3-4hrs not a single one said a good statement to a nonwhite person that was patronizing the store. One even said a warm goodbye to a kid and his mom as they left, but NONE (not a SINGLE ONE) of the black customers were acknowledged. It’s just an observation I made in the 4 hours I was bored in there on that night and I found it interesting.

If I could give 1 star for Tyler’s customer service, I would! Please reconsider having him with your associates at the registers. Very unwelcoming and angry.

One of the staff is very disrespectful she has no common sense or understanding of customer service knocking and banging on my truck her name is was trinity she was working night shift white girl blonde hair. Will never return here she is very rude

The Wendy's is nice. The bathrooms were dirty but they responded immediately when I mentioned it. What they are charging for Road Triangles is flat out price gouging

I avoid this gas station like the plague. Every. Single. Time. I have to go in and pay inside. Pumps are always broken. I got hacked here the one time I did actually pay at the pump. What a joke.

Well I just got my CDL license and I'm working for a truck company obviously right, so I normally get my diesel Love's but my company has a contract with Pilot as well but I put diesel only once before at Pilot but I know its either 50 or 60 gallons so I called the lady didn't know but this should be something all employees should know if you working customer service right cus with our truck driver's their would be no truck stops right so you should be more knowledgeable on your job so when people ask you a question you can answer truthfully. But no she had to find someone and by the way she didn't know but didn't say let me find someone that does I had to mention it to her and she had a attitude as well. Now when the new lady comes on the phone she says oh its a 100 gallons which is a damn straight lie it 50bto 60 gallons which I still don't know exactly but it's not a 100. Point is I don't care really about the gallons it's about the lying the principal is you don't know and everyone else doesn't know then maybe you shouldn't be working in customer service cus clearly you don't care. Now I can either pay for a shower or get diesel just like every one else dose and get a free one like it's supposed to be or just never go to Pilot ever again because people their like to lie and don't really want to do their job like they should. A simple truth would have avoided all this and I could have just made up my mind on what I was going to do, that shit just pissed me off. And another thing I hate is you pump your diesel and it stops before you reach 30 gallons and you have to go inside to let them know to restart when at other truck stops it doesn't matter how long you pump it dose not stop or shut off that's a inconvenience to go inside to ask to restart either people are in line or you can't find someone and it's to cold to be doing all this when you're putting over 70 gallons of diesel. Get it together Pilot works
