When I entered the store no one greeted me even though there were at least 5 employees standing around. I had to ask for help as I was a new customer. Wanted a comfortable shoe for work but support because I have osteoarthritis in my right knee and walk with a cane. She looked at me and didn't really have an answer. When she finally showed me a few that would probably be best she walked away. As I struggled with my purse and my cane opening boxes to try on shoes no one offered help. I was right by the desk and 3 employees watched me drop shoes and boxes. I remember going to shoe stores and the made you feel welcome and offered to help find the right shoe. At least I did find 2 pair and the price was affordable. Not impressed with service at the Bluegrass Outlet store.

I love my new Slip On Sketchers. I can be standing, and slip into my shoes. It is great. They have shoe strings that are for appearance only, as they don't come untied. I have only had them for a few weeks, but I truly love them. The store had a great sale, so check it out!

Went in over the weekend with my sister New management super nice very helpful much better than the last few visits I've had. Processes were reasonable store manager was there by herself, but still able to manage the floor and so very helpful with dealing with many customers.
