Was choosing the size I need from shirts , and a staff lady came from behind us saying āohhh my God they are making a mess on the table !! And she kept repeating that you are making a mess on the table !! ,
Iām pretty sure we didnāt do any mess I literally folded back the two shirts I picked up , This is the first time ever this happens to me while shopping I donāt know if she dose this with every customer or she had her own reasons to this to us !

Iād give zero stars if I could. Some blonde headed older mentally unstable woman chased me out the door and ACCUSED me of stealing. Went so far as asking ā if I enjoyed stealingā before she demanded I hand her my bags. Which I gladly let her go through them and when she found NOTHINGā¦she changed her attitude. Never even apologized. Just kept saying ā I donāt what made the alarm go offā Iāll never shop here again.

They have a lot of nice stuff. It was clean and well maintained. Didn't have a lot of purses, they made. But overall it was nice.

Tommy Hilfiger outlet shop located at the shoppes at bluegrass in simpsonville Kentucky. The way you know you are truly at an outlet mall is if they have a Tommy Hilfiger outlet. And simpsonville does so that makes them official. I have personally enjoyed Tommy products and clothes since the mid 90s and I still like to shop here. Clothing is on the pricey side but they do run a lot of 40 percent off sales which makes there pricing average with other major retailers. Overall any time I've seen a Tommy shop since I was a kid I always walk in and browse around some. I like the fashion styles they have and comfort levelOf most of there items as well.

I will never wear a Tommy Hilfiger piece of clothing ever again. I went to exchange a Christmas gift for a different color and size but exact same style and was told I would have to pay more because the discount had changed since Christmas. Never again will I shop at a Tommy Hilfiger store overpriced rip off store

Very poor experience. I set a bag with items from GAP aside on the counter while paying for my stuff. Mistakenly forgot the bag, and when I came back 20 minutes later the bag was gone and they couldn't tell where it went. There was only a few customers in the store when I left the bag, and according to them the security cameras don't show anything, which can't be true. I'm very disappointed.

One staff member seemed pretty mentally unstable during our visit, outburst from not hanging up clothes after trying them on. No signage or requests beforehand to do so. Other staff were very friendly and decent deals.

Just the normal tommy gear with a little bit of a discount but not nothing to get excited about. I could not find any jeans in my size but im 38 and i do not rock any skinny or slim fits and thats what is popular and what most everyone other than myself is looking for. If you do not know, Tommy Jeans are some of the best Jeans you could ever own. Always soft and they hold thier color with little fading over washes. If you like Polo/Ralph lauren jeans then I am confident you will like tommy jeans w/out a doubt.
