My teen girls & I visited this store yesterday! Employees there are amazing ... greeted us at door .. told us we had style .. made us feel welcomed! Picked out clothes for my girls! They seemed like they love their jobs & made the shopping fun! Love it & will go back!!!

They are so expensive, but their clothes are made so so good. Will last forever. Highly recommend. Everyone at store was very helpful

Loved the store, but 1 star for customer service. Was at the store on 7/30/21..there were 3 sales people, 2 male & 1 young female. The female was rude, unprofessional & not helpful at all. Will not be returning to this establishment because of her.

This website and company is piss poor at best. I purchased 3 separate online transactions before Christmas. First problem is they only partially charged me for my third purchase when I made it then a month later processed the rest.Two I had to return two items all within the time frame aloud, these items went to them in a UPS tracked package that arrived January 22, 2019. I should have been refunded my money by February 11, 2019 according to their refund policy. I called on the 12 only to be told their warehouse was backed up and that the refund would take place in 72 hours. This did not happen. I am now 72+ hours in and am being told the warehouse is still backed up and it will be another 72 hours, with no supervisors available to speak with and a corporation that obviously doesn’t care to follow their own policies or ensure customer satisfaction. Please refund me my money.

Ordered a product for xmas paid 8.00 in shipping.. paid for the product was to receive package within a week. To try to get ahold of customer support you have to pretend you are calling to place an order. Lmao.. and package is "waiting" to be shipped 2 weeks later. I will NEVER shop True Religion again.

Went to this store & spent $350.00 a week ago. I'm sure he was the store manager ( but a young guy) was just unfriendly ! Was checked out by a very nice guy ( receipt says Brandon ? ) But I will be ordering off Website from now on. Too much money for attitude
