“Had a bunch of suspension work done on my vintage travel trailer. Afterwards I wore out two tires that had less than 1500 miles on them in 1000 miles. No one would touch it. Swanson was backed up and told me it would be at least 4 weeks before they could get to it. So I dropped it off and left it hoping they would have it done in 4 weeks since I had a trip planned for the camper. Two weeks after I dropped it off they had it done and pulls like a dream again. Can't recommend them enough!”

“ABSOLUTE LIFE SAVERS!!!!My fiancée and I were traveling back home to Kansas after spending Thanksgiving with my family in Virginia. We spent the night in the Paducah area and my car wouldn't start the next morning! I called AAA to have Roadside Assistance look at my car, which was nearly useless because all the Roadside Assistance mechanic told me was that he had no idea what was going on with my car and that I needed to have it towed to an auto shop. I saw that this was the closest auto shop with good reviews, so I decided to have my car towed here.Thank goodness I decided to get my broken down car towed here! This place is a wonderful local business. There's a lovely waiting room with comfortable seats and a coffee maker, and the woman at the front desk was very nice. The waiting room wasn't busy- it was just me and my fiancée sitting in there for most of our wait.We waited for roughly 3 hours for my car to finish having work done on it, and we weren't even sure if my car was able to be fixed within the same day- but they DID IT! It turns out that my car had a loose connection at the instrument cluster, and it was able to be fixed the same day we came in! I was absolutely amazed at how fast they were able to get my car running again, and even more amazed at how little they were asking me to pay for so many hours of labor! They even give a discount for AAA members!!To the people who work here, thank you so so SO MUCH! You all really have no idea how much stress you saved me and my fiancée from! If my car ever breaks down in the Paducah area again, I know I'm having it brought straight back here!!!Services: Electrical”
