“I don’t normally post a review of a company but I couldn’t pass this one up without saying something great! I originally was referred to Jacobs Mechanical Service by family members that have said nothing but great things. I brought my car in for one issue and while servicing that issue, they found something another shop had failed to replace. Mickey called and kept me updated with the timing and delivery of the new parts and assured me the car would be good to go when he got done with it. The customer service and pricing is top notch! I’ve got another vehicle getting ready to make the trip to his shop as well! They’ll have as much of my business as they want. I can’t say enough great things! Highly recommend!”

“My camper blew two tires in one day, the second just past their exit. I called, they had the correct tires in stock, and told me to come on in. It took me longer to limp my camper there than it took them to give me five new tires. They even sent us on our way with complimentary sodas and water.”

“Had a bunch of suspension work done on my vintage travel trailer. Afterwards I wore out two tires that had less than 1500 miles on them in 1000 miles. No one would touch it. Swanson was backed up and told me it would be at least 4 weeks before they could get to it. So I dropped it off and left it hoping they would have it done in 4 weeks since I had a trip planned for the camper. Two weeks after I dropped it off they had it done and pulls like a dream again. Can't recommend them enough!”

“ABSOLUTE LIFE SAVERS!!!!My fiancée and I were traveling back home to Kansas after spending Thanksgiving with my family in Virginia. We spent the night in the Paducah area and my car wouldn't start the next morning! I called AAA to have Roadside Assistance look at my car, which was nearly useless because all the Roadside Assistance mechanic told me was that he had no idea what was going on with my car and that I needed to have it towed to an auto shop. I saw that this was the closest auto shop with good reviews, so I decided to have my car towed here.Thank goodness I decided to get my broken down car towed here! This place is a wonderful local business. There's a lovely waiting room with comfortable seats and a coffee maker, and the woman at the front desk was very nice. The waiting room wasn't busy- it was just me and my fiancée sitting in there for most of our wait.We waited for roughly 3 hours for my car to finish having work done on it, and we weren't even sure if my car was able to be fixed within the same day- but they DID IT! It turns out that my car had a loose connection at the instrument cluster, and it was able to be fixed the same day we came in! I was absolutely amazed at how fast they were able to get my car running again, and even more amazed at how little they were asking me to pay for so many hours of labor! They even give a discount for AAA members!!To the people who work here, thank you so so SO MUCH! You all really have no idea how much stress you saved me and my fiancée from! If my car ever breaks down in the Paducah area again, I know I'm having it brought straight back here!!!Services: Electrical”
“I called this shop in an emergency situation July 15th 2026 and these gentleman fixed my beat up old Red Dodge 1500 ST truck and got me and my pup LuLu back on the road in less than an hour. The owner and his staff were amazing and was kind enough to allow my pup to come into his showroom and cool off while they worked on my vehicle. I'm disabled and really going through a helluva rough spot and this young man showed me kindness and compassion and I couldn't help but to start crying right there in front of him and his wife. I paid my bill in full and left the staff a small tip, hopefully it was enough to pay for yalls lunch. I'm grateful that you understood my situation and was kind to me instead of being judgemental. Thank you Lee's Garage and you have earned a forever customer.”
