I always thought Thomas and England were wonderful vets...but I had any experience that I thought was sarcastic and rude..and yes I came back at the fest clerk...my animal just had surgery and 1 or 2 of her stitches broke.. She was bleeding had been off and on since night before..bwfore I left it tried to be polite and if tried to explain to them how I felt and worried about my animals ..(they were not concerned ..one of the vet tech I told her that she knew how I was over my dogs and she nodded. Yes and then rolled her eyed at me...i never expected that out of her...anyways THAT IS SAD THAT THEY CANT RESPECT YOUR CUSTOMERS AND HAVE CONCERNS FOR THEIR PETS ..we left after waiting for over an hour ..stated they were short staffed but barely any BUISNESS and waited on others...4 hours later my dog was still waiting to be sewed up

The staff and the veterinarians here are absolutely wonderful! They are very caring and it truly shows. We drive an hour to bring our 6 dogs and 6 cats here when there is another vet clinic in town about 10mins away. We have recommended Thomas and England to several of our other friends who made the switch from their previous vet to this one and every single person has been VERY happy with their decision to change. They are the best!

Horrible vet my cat was very sick and this vet gave him a shot and sent him on his way we paid almost 400 dollars and hes still not better i called the office and he prescribed ear mite drops after confirming he did not have ear mites when he saw him he does not care about the pet only the money i feel i was lied to and hes just trying to get more money and not treat my cat properly to make more money off of me. Well update my cat is now dieing because i trusted this vet and another vet had tried saving him beacause he had a kidney infection now because it was not caught in time and now hes going threw kidney failure i wish i would of never trusted this vet with my fur baby i feel like i failed him by trusting this vet and now im losing him he was my companion this vet needs to be closed down hes costing animals lifes on top of it all

Arrived per appointment, while I sat for 48 minutes, 4 other people came in after me and were escorted to the back . I GUESS YOU HAVE TO FIT IN TO NOT BE SO DISRESPECTED. I CALL THAT DISCRIMINATION. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU TAKE YOUR BELOVED PET ELSEWHERE. IM STILL IN THE PARKING LOT LEAVING THIS NEGATIVE REVIEW. YOUR PRICES ARE TOO HIGH ANYWAYS AND YOU NEVER MAIL OUT REMINDERS. YOU BASICALLY SUCK .how do they have a 4.8? I read the last year of reviews and it's about half and half. Read them they should be at a 2.5. Less than a week ago, today is 8/23/24, A one star was left by another smart reviewer and it's only showing one for the month. They delete the negatives they can control ill have to get with Google and see why this is happening. I've left them negative reviews on 13 other review sites . They think they have a monopoly on smiths Grove, but they are in for a rude awakening. Maybe not as rude as the front desk staff , but rude non the less.

I love taking my big and little fur babys here because everyone out loves the fur babys which means alot to me. Also all of the staff is very caring and willing to help. They are very special to me and I know my babys are getting the best care around so thank all of uall for the special friendly safe care you give us. Thanks sherri key .

Took a stray kitten there for deworming, ear mites, and vaccines. They did all of that except they checked only one ear for mites and came back to tell me that it was just ear wax. A few days later kitten wasn't showing up on our deck and when I saw him again he had a polyp the size of his ear. I switched to a new vet and they took care of him and now he's doing so much better with us, at home. Oh and also, the table in the room both times I've been there were nasty. I don't think they clean them in between pet visits.

I just want to take the time to let Dr. England know how much my wife and I appreciate him for taking the time to respond to our messages at the late hour it was. Stella, our pup, was having a bad day, and although not serious. It was still concerning for us, and the office took care of Stella!! Thank you, Dr. England and team!! From two happy Marine Veterans, we appreciate ya'll!!

I can’t say enough good things about this clinic and Dr. Thomas! They are the best. My dog had to have a pretty serious surgery this month and Dr. Thomas made things very clear & reassuring for me. I knew she was in great hands! I appreciate you guys!

I Want to thank you for Accommodating Ellie. Ellie has major anxiety and From day one when I took her in they have always worked around this. Both my dogs have gotten excellent care here. I would highly recommended them.

We love this vet. I had my cat to two other veternarians with no correct diagnosis and these guys got it right the first time they saw him. He has a megacolon and after surgery and daily medication he has been doing great for the past two years! Unless I move far away I will never go to another vet. Would reccommend wholeheartedly!

They could care less about your animals and treat them like livestock, all they want is your money. No compassion whatsoever
