Ppl are really nasty to try to talk to about problems with the service and channels are always changing paying outrageous prices for internet/ phone and service they should be a shame be cause i wish we had a nother service in our area it's a slum cable company ?

Internet unreliable, when it does go out there is never anyone in the local office so you are forced to call the number for technical support to get any form of support. Can never pay your bill in the office due to No availability of personnel in the local office. So you must pay online or on the phone.

Should be 0 stars absolute garbage in all categories. The service goes out constantly, the whitley city office never answes the phone
