Internet unreliable, when it does go out there is never anyone in the local office so you are forced to call the number for technical support to get any form of support. Can never pay your bill in the office due to No availability of personnel in the local office. So you must pay online or on the phone.

Had a weird ridiculous experience at first. Hard to get ahold of, took forever to get it hooked up. Woulda gave it a one star.However, since its been hooked up. Never goes out. Runs fast even on the lowest package.However a word of warning. I think most of the one star reviews are justified. I can see how it would be a terrible experience and you may never get internet.The ladies at the office are really nice and seem to be doing what they can.

Absolutely the worst cable company in two states. Horrible customer service, they take the phone off the hook except on the first of the month. Access Cable is a total disgrace. Pathetic.

I am the GM for Laurel Lake Camping Resort in Corbin Ky. I am speechless about the changes going on with the cable company. New owners or not, bought out or not, we still need service!! I am still paying an outrageous monthly service bill but can’t get them to come out and service us and it’s not just us per say, it’s 84 campers and 14 Cabins that are suffering from the lack of service. I am seriously considering a law suite against them for loss of revenue and contract violations. Believe me if I had another option for a different provider I would already be on board. I can’t even get in touch with the main office anymore because they won’t answer the phone and their voicemail box is full.

Not sure why all the bad reviews. I came from Windsteam which was terrible.My speeds are ALWAYS about 10% more than what my package is. The installer said they do that to maintain accurate speed for your package.I have called a few times talked with Sherry which has always been fantastic. and she has has let me try out all the speeds they offer so I would be happy and to get the right package for my needs. Never had one issue with dropping rebooting or customer service. Great company. Highly recommend

We have had Access for about a year now. I will have to say I am not impressed. The internet goes out quite often and when you call the office no one will answer the phone. The voice mail box is also full and you cant leave a message. I sometimes need the internet for my job and the spotty service is not acceptable. May have to switch back to windstream, it was slower but more reliable.

We have had access for about 2 months now and overall we’ve had a good experience with this internet provider. I was a little skeptical because of the reviews, but seems that most often people leave reviews if they have a bad experience with a company than a good experience. Internet has not went down once since they have set it up. We had windstream before and would go down all the time. Internet speeds are consistent and satisfactory. The only downside is that they are a little pricey.

Internet drops once or twice every hour. Literally the worst internet service you can have at stupid high prices. I'm %99 sure they are the only ones that serve my area. Starting tomorrow I'm gonna work on switching providers. I'll spend $1000 before I pay another dollar for this garbage.

It’s literally the worst internet ever. You have to reset it 4-5 times a day. It’s constantly going out. And that’s with the 2nd to highest internet speed. I recommend switching to highland or buying highland, as this internet is horrible.

250Mb download speeds purchased and I only get 70Mb at my router. Nice. Go somewhere else and save your money.

Dont even bother, go to HTC. Nothing else running but my phone thats not downloading or uploading anything. Glad my 100mb internet is performing well like always.
