If I had to describe it in one word: AMAZING!!!The whole process was quick and easy.They even gave me a little more than I expected for my trade in.Chase was my salesman and he was just awesome. He deserves a trophy for his fine customer service! I recommend them to anyone!

I arrived much earlier than my scheduled appointment, but they got me right in a started the service almost immediately. The staff is very friendly and puts you at ease. If I had one minor gripe, I don’t like when they leave the paper mats in the car.

Have been here multiple times last time was more of a 3star experience overall mostly because of a complicated situation. The end result was different from the quoted price which I understand, but when they talked about why it was different the numbers discussed did not explain it. I tried to ask further about it and I felt the response was rudely toned ( for a $50 difference in price he pointed at the ~25 tax and said that explained it ). They also were pretty judgmental about me getting oil changes at another place. It sounded like they had a long day and other experiences were more of a 4-5 star experience. Most services are at a bit of a premium. Also annoying how much they email you to get you to review them

They're VERY expensive but also very friendly.Edit: They lied. Huge lie. They said my vehicle needed a new engine and it didn't. They didn't even look at it. They heard what some other lying mechanic said and decided to not even try to look at it and so they lied. Actually what ended up being wrong with my car wasn't as bad or as costly as they said. They wanted me to pay $6000 to replace an engine that didn't need to be replaced at all. It cost me less than $300 to replace and repair what was wrong with it in the first place.Shame on you guys. You pretended like you were better than the liars and instead you turned out to be one of them.

Just tripped 1k on our brand new, 23 Honda CRV from Alton Blakely Honda! Chris Todd was great, the finance department was wonderful, and everyone was patient, and knowledgeable answering my hundreds of questions. Never felt pressured, and they went above and beyond to make us happy with our buying experience. We’ll definitely be returning!

Service department was fantastic. Looked at new cars on your lot before I bought my new Accord. You mark the vehicles up $3,000 - because of inflation?!? Why didn't I encounter that ridiculous added charge at the other Honda dealers?

These gentlemen were awesome. My husband was out of town. I had an early morning doctor appointment. Of course me being always on the late side of everything was running late. I try to start my car nothing. The lights are blinking all over the dash. I’m panicking of course thinking where is my husband when I need him. I call the dealership Alton Blakley Honda thinking maybe I had pushed a button did something wrong maybe they could tell me what to do over the phone. I talked to Austin in service I explained what I could he had me send him pictures of the lights on the dash flashing. No help there. He ask to face time me if ok so he could see dash himself. We did this. Finally got the lights to stops flashing. Austin decided the battery was dead not enough charge to start but had been strong enough to sound warnings. Then completely died. Austin had someone come to my house the car was in the garage no way to jump start even if my neighbors had been home. The Honda representative brought a machine not like anything I ever saw, but it did the job charge my battery got my car started. Austin had offered to provide me a car to drive to my drs appointment while they checked out my car. However, I had canceled that appointment due too the nervous state I was in. So I requested to follow the representative to dealership to get new battery. He waited while I locked up everything and proceeded to follow him. At the dealership someone in service I not know who replaced my batter Austin reset my phone electronics history etc for me. I was on my way feeling secure that could go where I needed to go while my husband visited his family in South Carolina. I was able to keep that appointment with my doctor that afternoon as well. I called after leaving with my new battery installed and they worked me in at 2:09 that afternoon. Thank you so much. To the gentlemen that was so nice and helpful. Who fixed my problem and did not make me feel so short of knowledge (stupid) when trying to help me I appreciate you more than you know. Wish more people in the world of service, regardless of what the business is, was as kind and helpful as you were to me.

Excellent service and very courteous. Listen to the problem carefully and later called to verify that they understood the problem. They also were very accommodating in the pickup of the vehicle as this occurred after hours. Highly recommend

Alton Blakely Honda of Somerset, Kentucky has the best customer service and service department around. Myself and others always take our vehicles there for service. Always my first recommendation and go to place! Always friendly and courteous and know what they're doing and get the job done quickly and is cost effective as possible. Highly recommend!

First off just let me start this review off by saying the sales staff at Alton Blakley Honda was amazing. They assisted me so well in finding my dream car a 2023 Honda civic. I wouldn’t had been able to do this without my amazing salesman Korey Johnson. Once again a great dealership I definitely recommend it everyone.

Service is great. I was very disappointed that they discontinued use of credit cards. Makes me consider taking work elsewhere. I understand the reasoning but also must determine my personal finances as well. Since we purchased our 2006 Odyssey I can count on one hand when others have done work.

I had a very pleasant experience today. I had a 60,000 mile check-up. I feel they were honest about their findings because the brakes, tires and other items were satisfactory. Fluids and filters were replaced. I was treated with respect and the work was done in a timely manner.

All the people at Alton Blakley were very helpful and nice. Mr. Wesley, the salesman, answered all my questions and did everything he could to ensure I got the car I wanted.
