Fella that helped me was alright. I was in for a new phone so it was pretty simple. I told him what I wanted he went and got it for me, started the setup process and I was out the door in 15 minutes tops. All around good experience and I'll be useing that store from now on. 10/10 satisfied customer. -Ryan Keith Clements.

ProTech talked of issue over phone call and said only fix be a new SIM card. Told him was in somerset. I went in and young lady asked how could help. Gave her my pass number and took it from there. Had me ready to go 10 minutes or less.

They were out of every phone I wanted and couldn't tell me when they would get one they couldn't order one and they couldn't save me one if they were to get one so I'm thinking about switching to Verizon

WORST customer experience I have ever experienced! I transferred from Verizon, brought my wife and daughter who had AT&T prepaid to all on a family postpaid. Ronaldo in Somerset KY told us there were no activation fees, snuck in insurance I declined as an add on to my daughter's phone, failed to add my wife as an authorized user when I asked for it and my first month bill for 4 lines at $35 each.... $391.56... what a scam!!! Talked to another AT&T store who agreed Renaldo screwed up. When my wife went to confront he shrugged his shoulders and told her i needed to call 611. Would not help fix his own mistakes! Customer service failed to help or resolve anything! Only positive was tech support Kevin fixing my wife's wifi calling online. WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE EVER!

Wouldn’t recommend this store. A certain seller brought up mysterious directTV bill from years ago. Called a representative, they agreed that it was ridiculous that the seller tried to trick us.

Taylor Hatfield welcomed me as I came in the door, took me to a table and helped me with all my questions. She also took care of everything I needed. She was awesome!

My experience last week with Shelby Mitchell was 5 Star Service! She helped me along the process of buying a new phone and watch. Shelby made me feel comfortable in a professional atmosphere. I appreciate her answering all my questions and making sure I was happy before I left. Thank you for your 5 Star Service!

Good place. Kind of weird when you walk in and they are busy, there's no way for employee to know who is next. There's no line or number, so people be trying to jump in line causing potential problems. Lady tried to nose her way in front of me. Even the employees admit the process are crazy high for devices. "Walmart is $100 cheaper" said the employee when I asked about a phone. At least they are honest.
