This place was … okay-ish in the paperwork/sales department. I had an appointment to test drive a vehicle but the night before they put it in the garage without texting or calling to update me and change my appointment. Also, on weekends, the lady in the office has NO idea what she needs to do without making a hundred calls to figure things out. If you go, go during the week. Other than that, it was a terrific place to get a good car.

Ive dealt with Auto land well over a year now I just recently went and got my second vehicle from them all around good people and if I had an issue with my car they where very helpful to take care of it in a timey manner

I went in with all of my paperwork or most of my paperwork and I had to go get something else for them and come back and I had down payment and trade in pull nine yards and he never even would talk to me The girls was relaying messages and I left there because he was going to call me and let me know what was going on he didn't seem to think there would be a problem that's been a month I still haven't heard from him so don't get excited about autoland. In my opinion. I'm a disabled elderly lady and need a vehicle and like I said I'm still waiting to hear back from him.

This place is the worse car lot ever. Had the payment and they refused it. Would not take the payment KOURTNEY is her name she was rude to my boyfriend. So no dont get behind cause they will change their attitude in will be the rudest most disrespecting people around. Everyone knows a vehicle has to be 3 months or more behind before repoed and his was not dont care about out ur reply back to this review its an honest review that autolands get by quite a few they dont want to help nobody but their business look good. Oh please, The owner Keith, says he will do everything he can to help you. Thats a lie, when they say call when something comes up they dont care. So why call They ARE CROOKS! AND FROM OTHER'S COMMENTS ITS THE TRUTH! and the girls that work there are rude, if u have a public job do it professionally, you wanna be rude to me ima be rude right back u best believe it....I talked to a lawyer and they said the car had to be 3 months behind and it wasnt. They came without knocking or anything in wouldnt let us have our shit. When they have too, they sell u junk in lie about it. That car had more problems than carter had peanuts 🥜 whoever just came in jumped in the vehicle you are on camera. Umm be more professional and have a wrecker or tow truck come get them not one that almoat got criminal charges pressed on him from damaging... I read comments about the one u have repo it criminal charges was almost pressed the comment read. huh? How does that look on u all at autolands in somerest ky! WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM EVER!
