Batteries Plus in Somerset, Ky is a joke. They don't honor coupons or codes that is on their website when you google them. They act like someone is trying to scam them even when you show them the coupon and code. Seems a little sketchy. They won't be getting my business.

They refused to honor the warranty on my 2 year old X2 Power battery that has a 4 year warranty because it tested there as fully charged. However, the issue is that battery depletes under load much faster than it should. They did offer to sell me a new battery for half price. That would have put me spending approximately $800 in 2 years for a battery. No thanks! I can get 2 years out of a Wal Mart battery for a fraction of that. I did stop at my dealer on the way home from there. He tested the alternator and agrees that it’s a battery issue. Lesson learned!!

I would avoid this store at all costs. They do not honor the warranty on their products. Just do yourself a favor and buy a battery somewhere else.

Dont shop here, their RETURN policy when you pay cash Sucks!!! I bought new wheelchair batteries and charger here in somerset ky.. put batteries in and found out my old charger was fine. Was told when I paid cash for charger I cod bring it back if I didn't need it and get cash back. Showed up to return it and they paying refund by check and now their bank wants to charge me to cash it since I'm not an account holder and we don't have a bank anywhere since we are on disability. Wouldn't recommend this store to anyone for anything. They don't do what they should bunch of liars. Pay by cash. GIVE CASH BACK!!!

Had my phone screen replaced 4 months ago because of water damage, I was given a warranty for six months and was told if something happened to my screen other than water damage they would replace it. I went today 10/13/23 to have it replaced for cracks and other screen issues. I was told then that my warranty was out, because it had been right at 7 months and that I would have to pay full price because of my warranty being past date. Knowing this was not accurate I go through my transaction history and find that it had in fact not been 7 months and had only been 4. When brought to their attention, they gave me a different excuse as to why the couldn’t honor my warranty.

I had been reading reviews on batteries for my motorcycle and decided to try a Duracell. I placed an online order through batteries plus then called the next morning to make sure they had it in stock before heading there to pick it up ( 40 minute drive from my house ). I was told they had received the order and had the battery in stock. When I got there to pick the battery up I was given a battery that wasn’t a Duracell so I asked about it and was told it was their equivalent to the battery that I had ordered, with the same two year warranty and all but the Duracell brand batteries were on back order. I’m overall satisfied with their battery so far but can only give three stars because I didn’t revive the product that I ordered and wasn’t informed when I called that it wouldn’t be the brand that I had ordered.

Bought at least 20 batteries from them , but. All 3 were sitting on there , in front , ask about buying acid they said they only have 5 gal , I am very disabled so I ask if I could see one to see if I could get it out of my truck, they sat there and said it's heavyi asked 3 times , to see it. I WILL NEVER BUY MY BATTERIES FROM THEM AGAIN, LAZY 3 PEOPLE AND NO ONE IN STORE.

Any kind of bulb can be found here from appliance, car, to household. I find that this is the one place that will dispose or recycle my small household batteries. Don’t throw them away.

I have little knowledge regarding the new technology I admit. I thought I broke my tablet because it would not charge. Got another ...an expense that was difficult but necessary. It would not charge after a few months! I took both today and Clay fixed both in moments and didn’t charge me anything! I nearly cried. You just don’t see this kind of service these days.
