I love Belk. The atmosphere is great.
The staff is very helpful and friendly.
I could spend hours browsing around and taking my time shopping. I love clothes for girls and ladies. The holiday selections are amazing. I love the decorations for the trees and add to my collection every year. The cook wear that comes in the carry totes, I love and often gift them to friends.

I hadnt been in years and we went during a sale that they had and got our school shopping completed. We loved it. They had so many more options for kids then I remember!

Building outside structure is a little outdated. It was not very appealing to the eye to go shopping there customer service is a big weakness two different sales associates blew us off it was like our sale didn't matter

Perfect retail.Classy, dignified,and not for the Wal Mart types.The epitome of retail perfection.Designer clothing not inferior goods like at Wal Mart if you want higher end merchandise and a heavenly atmosphere to shop in perfect peace in then this is the retailer for you.Pure class.A lot of other retailers could learn volumes from this store.Privately owned since 1922 which speaks volumes about a successful business.Operating perfectly in the same location since 1981.Do the math.34 years of continued retail success from the same location.Obviously a testament to a perfect retail formula.AAA+++++.

Very disappointed in the merchandise in this store, been to many other belks stores that offer so much more. The one positive is the staff, they are always friendly. Time to consider new buyer for this location, maybe replicate your Danville store.

I bought clothes here and was questioned, Are you buying both pairs of pants? Why would I bring both pairs to the register if I'm going to buy one pair? She then asked if I knew that they were the price on the tag. Somerset Belk has a bit of a snobbish attitude on the clock which is why I walked out without buying anything.
