Very disappointed in the merchandise in this store, been to many other belks stores that offer so much more. The one positive is the staff, they are always friendly. Time to consider new buyer for this location, maybe replicate your Danville store.

I bought clothes here and was questioned, Are you buying both pairs of pants? Why would I bring both pairs to the register if I'm going to buy one pair? She then asked if I knew that they were the price on the tag. Somerset Belk has a bit of a snobbish attitude on the clock which is why I walked out without buying anything.

Well place was clean they have nice things but they are 1 of 4 stores left in the mall so sad.

Small store with limited articles. Always has great sales and good brands. Employees are wonderful ans smile alot. It must be a great place to work.

Shopping in this store reminds me of going to the flea market. It hasn't always been this way. And by the way the locations in Corbin KY and Richmond KY are totally different. Clean and nice stores and not cluttered.

My only issue with this store is that there never seems to be enough cashiers. The checkout lines are always long. The last time I was there, I thought two women were going to fight over who was there first.

It's just another clothing store to me. Not really much to brag about anymore but I guess if you're in need of some clothes then there you go.
