When you decide to take a retail job customer service is a must .I understand company policy,but your store relies on our money,and life happens company policy takes a back seat, my daughter passed away I just left the hospital and I need to pay my phone bill , Rocky the "store manager" who personally knew me deny to help me , because I didn't have my id on me ,Rocky stated" nope I can't take your payment,I know you but it's crickets new policy no Id,no payment,today when the towers was down he told a customer it's was not his problem the towers was down,and what did the customer want? Him (rocky) to climb the tower to fix the problem and then process to tell the customer to get out of the store right now,I hope somerset cricket can do better other than Rocky ,the nice homeless guy needs a job ..@Cricket

They have a very friendly and helpful staff. Worked with Haley and Bailey. Got in and out quickly. They took care of my issues and I was on my way.

I was there only as an observer. In my opinion, while watching the transaction, it seems very manipulative. The sales people wanting the transaction to go their way. It didn't seem they want to resolve the customer's problem, but make a sale for another line. If I just want to buy a phone, a Cricket office would not be on my list.

Think twice before switching to this company, since they block your phone for 6 months so you can't switch to another company in case you don't like their services. I switched to this company having a completely unlocked phone, and they told me that they had blocked me for those 6 months only with them
