Would not use CVS pharmacy but we have insurance thru the hospital and they make us use CVS. Never the same people working there. Makes you wonder why they can’t keep workers.

Forced to use Cvs by my insurance company. Unfortunately there’s not much good I can say about this location. Customer service is terrible. Can never get in contact with the pharmacy. I have resorted to paying more for my scrips outside of network.

I visited to pick up a prescription. To my surprise, there was only one other customer ahead of me in line, and the rest of the store was practically empty. Additionally, at the pharmacy counter, I observed four employees seemingly available to assist customers.However, to my dismay, I ended up waiting for well over an hour to receive my prescription. Given the circumstances I described, I find it difficult to comprehend why it took such an extraordinary amount of time to fulfill a single prescription. I couldn't help but feel frustrated and perplexed by the entire situation.I need to highlight that I do not believe your pharmacy was understaffed or dealing with a large volume of customers during this time. This only adds to my confusion and frustration, as there appeared to be ample resources to address customer needs promptly and efficiently.As a loyal customer of CVS, it saddens me to experience such a lengthy delay for what should have been a quick and straightforward transaction. I have always appreciated the convenience and quality of service that your company offers, which makes this incident all the more disappointing.

Had heard rumors their pharmacy would not be staffed, when I dropped a written prescription off I asked if they would be able to fill it. The pharmacy tech assured me that there were no lapses in pharmacist coverage and it would be taken care of. Imagine my frustration when 10 days later it still isn't filled and they are temporarily closed because of staffing. I would never choose to use this pharmacy if I did not have to because of my insurance. Do not recommend.

The worst pharmacy ever. 10 minutes and they never picked up the phone and I called half hour after they opened. I had a script from a Dr. She sent it in and 2 days later they filled it. It was for an infection. Disgraceful. Obviously no one in charge of no one cares. I'll bet my money on the latter!!!

I have been using the CVS app to order and/or check the status of my medications. Two weeks ago my doctor sent 4 medications to be refilled. When I checked the app or called the pharmacy, I was s told my refills were in progress. The pharmacy closed that day, so on Friday I started calling and checking the status again. I was continuously told that my order was in progress. Also, on Friday, my doctor sent another medication to be filled. Long story short, CVS closed early that day and without any notification to its customers, they closed for the weekend. I suffer from chronic pain, and it’s exceedingly difficult for me not to have my meds. This is the worst pharmacy that I have ever used.

Terrible pharmacy. They always have an issue getting my prescription sent to them. Constant staffing issues where they say that everyone called out so that's why they are so slow that day.And they are now closed on weekends? What kind of national pharmacy is closed on weekends?? CVS has always been my favorite pharmacy in the multiple places I've lived UNTIL moving to Somerset. This is hands down the worst pharmacy I've had to deal with. My husband had issues getting his medication before having to leave for a work trip and he immediately switched pharmacies after that. I should have followed suit.My doctor even asked me if I still want to use it because so many of her other patients have been having so many issues with them always being closed. I didn't, she sent in a new prescription today and I was wondering what was going on with it because they're usually pretty quick with filling mine which is why I haven't switched yet. However I call and they say that they're closed and it's definitely not lunch time and it's 4pm and I don't believe the pharmacy closes that early.This location seems to never have their pharmacy open and that's the issue I have with it. When they want to work I've never had any issues personally. But it's just too unreliable. I like that it's not as busy as Kroger and definitely less issues than with Kroger but I think I'm finally going to have to make the switch to Walmart as much as I hate going there at least I won't have to worry about the pharmacy being randomly closed when it shouldn't be.
