Today is 2-6-24 . Ordered at the drive thru a peanut buster parfait made with chocolate icecream. Was charged extra ,pulled to next window . And was handed out a regular parfait, told employee it was not correct and explained I was charged extra , handed it back they closed the window ,came back a few minutes later ,handed me the same parfait back out the window, i explained again what the mistake was , it upset the girls at the window, they were very rude and told me they dont have chocolate icecream. Very unprofesional.. wont stop there again.

I never leave reviews but…My meal was 20 bucks..3.49 for three pieces of bacon?! 2.59 for a hash brown that averages 40-50 cents off supplier trucks?! I know franchises and this owner has lost the plot on markup and I love to normally eat at Dairy Queen’s in my travels but this specific Dairy Queen pricing is beyond the consumer. My order was handed to me through drive thru and when I drove away it wasn’t my order. I turned around pulled back to the window and explained the mixup, the employee on speaker then told me I took the wrong order. No madame, I was handed the wrong order. No apology, no discount just a look from the younger staff versus the kind older employee actually at the second window. I then began to eat my bacon only to find a hair the size of Canada wrapped around the bacon (I’m bald so not mine). Will never return which of course they don’t care but maybe someone from corporate will 1-take a look at pricing thresholds as owners can charge more than suggested pricing but you also have to understand the consumer and the effect of outrageous pricing on the consumer for managed/franchised chains. 2- based on the patterns of reviews it would appear we have a staffing issue with mixing up orders..maybe some more training. 3- The hair is just gross

Good food but constantly getting the order wrong. Today was shorted two hash browns. Highly recommend checking your order before leaving the drive thru.

I got honey bbq tenders and onion rings...tenders were ok but the onion rings were so burnt they were unable to be eaten. I live 30 minutes away and it was already getting late so i wasnt going back but definitely could have been better.
