A++ By far the easiest vehicle buying experience I’ve ever had. Dealer was located over 2 hours away from me. They gave me a very fair price on my trade. They picked up my trade and delivered my new truck for free. Didn’t even have to interrupt my busy work schedule. Highly recommend and will continue to look them up every time I’m in need for a new vehicle. Michael was my sales person and he is top notch. Highly recommend!

Easiest, quickest, hassle free deal I have ever made buying a car. I tried local Legacy Nissan the day before and couldn’t work out a deal. They were horrible. They tried pushing me into driving multiple cars. Offered nothing for my trade. A joke. I Called Don Franklin on my lunch break next day and talked to Cody the next day, he found the SAME CAR, picked it up at Glasgow. My mother had an heart attack in the middle of the deal and the next day when she was okay we finished the trade and he delivered my new car to me at the hospital! Stress free! And I love my new 2023 Nissan Sentra SR Premium! 4 out of 5 of our last car buys have been Don Franklin!

Don Franklin Ram in Somerset KY is #1 in my assessment of experience. I had been in the car business for 25 years and I am now retired. While searching for a new truck on the internet, I found the truck of my dreams at this location.I called the dealership and asked about the vehicle I located and worked out a deal with Joe Henderson & Jeff Laswell to my satisfaction.I have to tell you in my honest opinion, this is the best experience my wife and I have ever had buying a new vehicle.It was courteous, friendly, honest and laid back. No pressure at all. The inventory they stock is above and beyond what any other dealer has in stock.If you looking for a new or used vehicle, I would look no further than Don Franklin family of dealerships. I live 350 miles from them and would definitely make the drive for my next purchase, hands down!!!!

We have had a lot of work done on our Jeep here in the last year. We usually have a decent experience each time. It takes an exceptional good or bad experience to get a review from me. This is my first review. The EMC switch needed replaced on my Jeep along with an oil change and I needed it to be done quickly for a trip. Matt Delaney was exceptional, I know he worked overtime to get it done & kept me updated during the process. His attention to detail, how I left feeling completely taken care and the quality of work was the best experience I have had to date at a car dealership. I would not go anywhere else for an oil change or service! These guys are the best, Matt was exceptional!!

I had the best car salesman named Enoch he listened to what I wanted and found it for me. He was very kind and easy to work with. I also had the best financial advisor James he was very friendly and great to work with. I would recommend anyone to come see them at Don Franklin in Somerset Kentucky. They made my experience a great one.

I bought my first RAM truck here back in 2016 because of the honesty and transparent pricing. No games. The price on the website was the price you paid. Fast forward to 2023 and I contacted them about a 2023 RAM 1500 they had. Website shows $11,000 off sticker.Apparently now they have subscribed to the pricing game garbage. That price included rebates that hardly nobody qualifies for. Although their website says "Don Franklin Discount". Not discount and incentives, but their discount. There is a disclaimer at the bottom of the website, but there is nothing next to the discount price directing you there.This dealership went from great to horrible

Robin was AMAZING. We purchased our Chrysler Pacifica at Don Franklin in somerset, KY.We did everything over the phone and it was the smoothest process I’ve ever done. Robin was great help to my family and I. He even held my sweet baby while we installed car seats into our new car. We are thankful for the great experience we had here.Highly recommend

Bought a 2021 camero 2ss 1le, 14,000miles this company doesn’t check there used vehicles or inspect them properly, very unhappy with my purchase due to the issues with the vehicle that could have been avoided and driving 1.5 hrs to the dealership and waiting 5 days to get it back after driving 1.5 hrs back to the dealership to look at the issues. Then they give me my car back dirty on the inside and didn’t take care of it. Then I just asked for an extra oil change for the inconveniences and they ignored me. Very unhappy with this company don’t buy a vehicle from them.

The service department always presents a very professional atmosphere where you can get what you need in done and feel catered to in the meantime. The representatives are always very kind, helpful, and willing to engage with you. They know how to make you feel right at home and before you know it, the techs have you back on the road.

Steve had been sending me pictures of the van I wanted to purchase for a few weeks. He was never pushy and he even sent me another van that was used on your lot. So, he let me process which van to buy and when I was ready to go look at the van in person Steve was there and ready to stay late to help us out. I left the lot so I could bring my husband there to make sure he fits good in the van (because he is 6”5 and he helps drive when we take family trips). Again, Steve said ok see ya in an hour, he was never pushy and that’s important to me when spending a large sum of money. We came back and ended buying the van and my husband found a truck he liked. So, we appreciate Steve and his patience. We will enjoy our new rides Thanks to Steve. You all made the purchases so simple and the finance guy did some wheeling and dealing for us and got us a cheaper interest rate……. So that confirmed it was just meant to be?Thank you,Stacy Tomlinson

Would not recommend this dealership.Would not rate with one star. Review required one star in order to post review. Lack of or shall I say zero communication back from this dealership after multiple calls and messages left for numerous individuals. Customer care is none.Would not recommend to my worse enemy.
