This has to be the worst dealership ever. They lie and attempt to deceive their customers. Their service department are far from knowledgeable and they are just lazy. The sales staff lie and they falsify the credit applications to get what that want.

We have bought 2 brand new kias from this dealership, within the last year. We would highly recommend anyone purchasing a vehicle, everyone is amazing, and everything has always went smoothly. Absolutely love them, will not go anywhere else!!!!

We had a fantastic experience buying. I found the car online and the communication was amazing from the start. I bought the car and had it delivered to my home in Virginia the same day. Yes you read that right. I bought the car in the morning and 9 hours later it was in my driveway 500 miles away. I would do it again tomorrow. Thank y’all so much!!

Friendly service by all employees at Don Franklin Somerset. I had a great salesperson (Brian Abner) that took care of my need for a new Kia and then as my first oil change came due, the service department was amazing. They serviced my car, wash it and then even walked me out to my car to make sure all was completed to my approval. This is my 5th Kia that I have owned and I wouldn't want to drive anything else.

Nice people work here , they checked my car out to see what was wrong . After that they brought me a list that detailed every thing and gave me a reasonable price and fixed my brakes good as new. I would tell anyone needed work on their car ,go to Don Franklin Hyundai somerset ky.

Was hired in with O sales experience. Was never shown how to sell. Was never given a fair opportunity to show my worth. I had to work with other salespeople on my sales. none of my apps were set up because Brandon Wilson wanted me to work there a month under other salespeople before I was officially in the system. Every opportunity I got to make a sale, I was pulled from my customer to help someone else drive a car to the gas station or to recon or deliver a vehicle to someone else's customers. Which made me lose my deals. When I confronted Roy about my loss of sale because he sent me on these tasks while I was working and doing what's expected of me. he said it's only $94 just go catch another customer. Was Fired the very next day for not making enough sales. This place is the worst place to work for. They lie to customers about receiving $500 for referring your friends to shop for vehicles here. The majority of the sales team will steal your customers and bring their buddies into the sale to make sure you lose your sale! Only had a good experience with two salespeople out of 13overall Do Not work for KIA don franklin on 138Turner st!!!

My wifes mother purchased a vehicle brand new from here, and so far, the warranty is covering a major repair. The dealership also gave her a rental. A+I may even buy a car here because they honor their warranty.Kudos to Don F

Went in to buy a 2012 Nissan Rogue and was working with sale person Shane Lutrell and all he talked about was his Twins. He informed me that the vehicles was minor and I could take possession of it on 7/14/2023after it was inspected. He kept putting me off and finally he would not reply at all. I also talked to someone named Beth and she said the vehicle failed inspection but before I had a conversation with her by text I talked to the Sales managers by phone and he told me something completely difficult, he said another dealer picked it up and sold it to someone else. I would give a lower rating if I could. I contacted the BBB and the owner of the BusinessIf you do business with these people watch your Back and do not deal with Shane Lutrell or Beth. I kept their text for proof

I was told “We have an offer you won’t be able to refuse. We will pay off your current vehicle”. This was a blatant lie. Rolling negative equity onto the purchased vehicle is not “the dealership” paying off your current car, it’s the customer continuing to pay on the current debt while paying off the new car. It’s a valid method for moving from one vehicle to another. But don’t lie to your customers about it.I had 6k remaining on current vehicle. I had a trade in offer of 29k from another dealership which would have left me with 3k negative equity. Don’t Franklins team said they would “pay off” the current vehicle. Meaning 0 negative equity remaining. Instead, what they did was offer me 26k trade in and then roll 6k negative onto a new car.It’s unprofessional and I don’t appreciate being lied to my face with a smile.

Don Franklin Kia Somerset makes car buying a pleasure. They were honest in their pricing, and they even delivered the car to us! We can have it serviced at any Don Franklin store, and if it needs warranty servicing, then we can take it to our local Don Franklin and the local dealer will transfer the auto to Somerset Kia for servicing. It can't get any better than that. Thank you Don Franklin Kia Somerset and Paul, our representative!
