El Ranchito is a small restaurant and store in Somerset, sometimes called Secret Taco. It features a little cantina in the back. The menu is somewhat limited but the food is pretty good, even excellent, with many calling it the best Mexican food in Somerset. Highlights include authentic tacos, best grocery store tacos, excellent fajitas, carnitas, and the best guacamole made in-house. The beef tastes like beef. Service is fast and the staff is friendly. It is a fantastic little lunch spot that comes highly recommended.
I moved to Tn from Az and have been wandering around trying to find the authentic taste that I know of. This place right here has hella dank burritos and tacos. Hands down, this place is bussin. I drive an hour to come here. My wife and I love this place and will be coming back

Wonderful, flavorful food. Staff did great. The area was clean and pleasing to be in.
