“After reading some of these negative reviews, I felt I should contribute my positive review. We purchased a new range and it was delivered on Monday. The oven didn’t work like it should, so I called on Saturday and was immediately put through to a manager. He was very professional and said they would bring a replacement on SUNDAY! My replacement was delivered by 10:30 SUNDAY morning! Thank you Lowe’s for standing behind your promise!”
“Tractor Supply of Somerset, KY has everything you could ever want for your farm, garden and house. They also have a big selection of boots and clothes for all ages but this is just a few things that can be found here. They also have in store pickup or come in and shop your little heart out.”

“Very nice place to get certain things as with any Big Box store at a decent price but wish there was also a Home Depot to have just a bit more variety. The one negative thing I have to mention is no more cashiers to check out those of us that are older and could use help in that area. To me it makes the Store less personal and cold. It's not like I want to feel all warm and fuzzy when checking out but I would like a friendly smile and conversation to know my business is appreciated.”

“It's hard to keep up with everything that I have bought from Lowe's in the last couple of weeks. They only thing that I had trouble with was a cabinet that I've purchased from Lowe's. It was missing some of the assembly parts. And I had to go to Lowe's twice to try and get the right assembly parts. Finally, one of the workers up there. Just cut, open another box of the same kind of cabinet and took the parts out of it. And give them to me, so everything worked out in the end.”
