My blood tech was great .my apt was great. Really sad that only one person works the whole office at least 5 people walked out while I was waiting someone to manage the desk should not be the person drawing blood its too much and the patients pay with a lot of their their time is wasted. Need to change this bad for business. Lots of unhappy people.that

Had labs done after doctors appointment. Technician entered wrong insurance. Labcorp hounded and threatened collections to me over a bill. Had to contact the VA to take care of it.

Very poor service and unprofessional I was stuck twice one lab corp station said I had to go to the other lab corp bldg they couldn’t do both orders at one places and I had made a payment on my bill yesterday and the couldn’t see me today unless a I made another payment before having blood drawbridge

I drove 2 hours after making an appointment to get routine blood work done. Only to get here and no workers are present. Myself and another customer was sitting in the parking lot after making wasted trips. Called the number, no answer. On a Friday during business hours. Such a horrible way to conduct business and no excuse for this inconvenience.

These folks were fantastic today with my daughter. We spent quite some time there getting some extended blood work for her. They were perfect with her each time she had to get stuck, friendly with every patient that came in, and moved quickly without making anyone feel rushed.

Beware! I drove over an hour after calling and getting no answer, but listening to their hours on their voice message, only to be told that for drug screens (as I needed for my employment), they stop doing an hour before closing. When I explained that I had no way of knowing this and had drove over an hour and their voice message did not explain this. They did not apologize. Instead just reminded me of what day they close early in case I came back then.Im beyond frustrated as a healthcare worker myself, to think that people run businesses like this and have no consideration for their clients, and only themselves..

I went there for the first time about a year ago after the medical laboratory I used previously closed. I have used Labcorp twice now, and am extremely satisfied with the service. I am a former cancer patient and drawing blood can be extremely difficult. The gentleman who took my blood did a great job. Got the vein on the first stick! I didn't have to wait to get in, and my results arrived to my physician in a timely manner. Labcorp will continue to be where I go for bloodwork.

firstly, they aren't even rated by BBB (Better Business Bureru). all of the reviews by them are negative. secondly, when i came to have my testing done that doctor was extremely kind and helpful even allowing me extra time to complete the test. but after i never received the results i returned back to the lab to question why. the man working said that it was his job and he couldn't tell me anything, wrote down a number then sent me on my way. the customer service representative i called was extremely rude and also wouldn't disclose any information to me even though it had nothing to do with the actual results. they have effected my schooling in a very negative way and i hope others never experience this. i would not suggest anyone to get important lab tests completed here.

The doctor who did the testing was extremely polite and helpful and allowed me plenty of time before having to provide a sample because I couldn't pee. If I could rate him, I would give him a 5 star. HOWEVER the company itself is terrible. After not receiving the results in time for my class I went back into the lab to discuss why they hadn't been posted to my online account. The person there said it was their job, however couldn't tell me anything and wrote down a number and told me to have a good day. The number I called led me to a representative who answered me rudely and kept telling me they couldn't answer a single one of my questions. None of which involved the results of my test. Horrible experience.
