wont do any refund at all for any device or item. coil, battery(dont buy batteries from here theyre rewraps of dumped cells), wraps, device, tank, gasket, glass replacement, liquid, NOTHING.after having faulty products not returned before with receipt in-hand (better hope you got a manufacturers warranty), today i was told about the no-refund policy in the goofiest way. i walk in and immediately ask for just a single smok rpm1 pod, easy enough i think as theres 5 of them in stock, but the woman at the register wants to know what device its for so whatever, i tell her its for my nord 4 that i had to order online because they wont sell the device itself, only the coils for it that i dont* use, and the pods themselves. then she gets confused and starts to argue that it wont fit, when i know it will because the nord 4 came with an RPM1 AND TWO pod in the box when i received it the day before, and i had done research before coming anyway to be really super duper sure. after all the fuss of convincing her that itll fit and i know what im on about then she says it;"well good, because since YOU picked it out, you arent allowed to return it"now if i had heard this a couple years ago i would have laughed and thought it was just a bad joke in bad taste, but its not just that, its true, and they seem to think its because the customer *decided to make a purchase* that they arent allowed to return a product, faulty or not. business practice like this is disgusting, disrespectful and should be downright illegal.sometimes the staff is wrong, and they will NEVER correct their mistakes if they sell you something your unhappy with, WHATEVER the reason may be.DO NO LEAVE THIS STORE UNLESS YOU KNOW YOU HAVE WHAT YOU NEED AND YOUVE TESTED IT WORKS.PS: (slight safety/money saving ramble for you while im here) also you can get 5 packs of coils online from anywhere between 6-15$ per pack, and a gallon of liquid from nicbase for 30$ and toss in your own flavors that cost 6$ from bullcityflavors with a touch of cooling agent ws23, and to top off that amazing price these online businesses actually support refunds! also for the love of god dont get their D8 products from this or any other local store as the products they sell arent tested for metals, pesticides, bacteria and other junk you dont want to be vaping or ingesting. look for full panel COAs.PSS: They wont take stock requests, even for overpay. lazy.

0 stars! I bought a mod from this place and had trouble with it charging. I went in and the worker forced the charger in so I took it with me to charge. He for some unknown reason switched the mouth piece/tank. I was unaware of him doing that. I left with it and charged it. I went to test it and the flavor was nasty, juice popped in my mouth and my throat started burning. I looked and the juice was blue so I immediately knew it was not my clear banana juice I use. I went all the way back to the store. The worker Said he would have to call the owner. He called the owner and explained he left a test tank in mine And admitted fault. The owner tried saying I left the store with their tank without paying for it. I spoke up and said no I didn't go no where without paying for something. It was not my fault the worker switched my tank without me knowing. I told him I wanted a refund. The owner refused. I told him I'm not very happy putting someone else's tank on my lips. He then starts asking if I touch the door when I come in saying I put my hands in my mouth after that. The owner was very unprofessional. How can he get away with putting my health at risk with COVID going on. Someone with COVID could of put that tank in their mouth. I could of been allergic to the juice he switched me with. My throat is still burning! Would not recommend this place. $27 must be very hard to come by for the owner since that is all he would of lost giving me my refund.

Great selection of products, but extremely rude employees both times I have been in this store in the last week. I never give a bad review, but when the staff has such a horrible attitude, acts like it hurts them to be helpful, I'll go back to Corbin where I get treated with some respectful customer service. All this store needs to be great is some smiling, happy people working.

Edit:I have been a loyal customer here for 6 years, even shopping here when other places were cheaper. A month ago I bought a pod model. The first week it started leaking and falling apart so I brought it back in with the box and the employee told me it wasn't covered but the warranty because that piece had fallen off. Bogus that the warranty doesn't cover the model literally falling apart after a week. They told me that the leaking was my fault so I bought some new parts for it and went on my way. Next visit the manager tells me to bring the box back and exchange it. So I did. Then the same manager says I can't exchange it! Because a new pod fits in it correctly after having to jam paper in it to get the pod to fit. They treated me like a criminal trying to con them even after years of loyalty! I've bought many faulty products here but chalked it up to a factory error and didn't pursue a refund or exchange and now when I actually need the process to work they act like I'm done kind of thief. It doesn't help that I drive half an hour to get here. I'm not sure I'll ever go back. Unfortunately they are the only place open after work and sundays which is why I shopped there even during the day so I didn't mind paying more for a place making sure people could get what they need. Now I don't see a difference between buying from them or the foreign market on the corner.

Was the only shop I'd go to. But, covid-19, it caused people to freak out. They made me feel as if I shouldn't have came in. Back away from the counters. Put your money on the counter, and back up, then come back up, to get your stuff, and money. I had a mask on. I did as they asked. But, figured if this was the service I'd get, I'd just start shopping online. I went in, the other day, and they were ok. I've really slowed down, going here.
