“This was my first visit to a Valvoline Instant Oil Change facility. I was a bit nervous to be honest! Being a female and having work done on your car can be intimidating especially when it is a male dominated field and they sometimes treat you like you’re ignorant instead of trying to be helpful and informative. The guys there were great! Gabe me the information I needed, suggested upgrades but did not pressure (much appreciated). It was a super quick process. Will definitely be going back and suggesting the facility to my 17 year old daughter, as well.”

Service was above and beyond…they found another recalled part and went ahead and fixed that too and gave me a quote on tires (which are truly needed ? I’ve just been pushing it off)…AND the Women’s restroom was pristine!”

“I just purchased a new Honda CRV a few weeks ago. My back passenger door was closed but the alert and light continuously was going off. I went to Alton Blakley service without an appointment just to see if there was something I was overlooking. They came out immediately and had me to pull into the garage out of the rain. They worked on the door and noticed it needed a new piece replaced. They ordered the piece, replaced it and offered me a ride to work all within 24 hours!! I did not purchase this vehicle at this Honda dealer. I have never been treated so well at a car service center!!! I don’t remember the two gentleman’s names who took care of me but I hope they know how much I appreciated them on that particular day. This is my first ever Google review, that’s how special they made me feel!!”
