Austin was so professional and helpful. You can tell he really cares about his job and especially people. He had great customer service and was very knowledgeable. He deserves a raise/bonus in my opinion! Without a doubt one of the best experiences I’ve had at any auto parts store I’ve ever been to!

I don't know much at all about cars and the ppl working there made it easy for me to get the best prices on the parts I needed to get back on the road. O'Reilly's will definitely be my go-to for all of my automotive needs.

I come into have my car hooked up to the code reader and there are two guys working. One says can I get some of the customers done before I come out? I’m like sure no problem I’ll be in the car told him which one. I have been waiting for over 20 minutes and the one guy is just conversating with customers like long lost friends taking no consideration. I come back and there are probably 3 people in the store. I go back in and he says I’ll be out there in a minute I promise we have been busy I say yeah cool you know I am a paying customer too. He says I can’t leave him when there are 10 people waiting I said that’s understandable but there have been one maybe two people waiting now and the crowd of people who was here when I walked in had been taken care of already. Y’all need to either hire more people or get better people who can scan products faster and give advice for less than 10 minutes a customer.

The associated here are very helpful when you have auto questions. They've recommended the best product, ordered specific products, and taken time to offer personal recommendations in regards to products I was purchasing.

Great prices and friendly staff. Occasionally I get the guy who wants to ask a million questions instead of just giving me the part number I ask for. I usually research and know exactly what I need before I ever go in. The Wix filters they sell are very good quality for the price.
