“I had to take a couple of 5 gallon paint back to the S-W store to be shaken ( they had been sitting for a while). Fred helped me unload from car and shook them for me. Having opened them and seeing they were very watered down, I did not want to get back to my location and find them in the same state. Fred assured me they were not and were good. I had to see for myself so I asked to see the paint. I could tell he was a little frustrated with my request as if I was questioning his task. Fred was very professional and graciously entertained my need to “see the thickened paint”. Fred gets 5 stars from me. He displayed awesome customer service to this “I have to see it for myself” lady. Thank you, Fred. You are awesome!”
