“We moved here from out of state and never had to deal with propane delivery before. From our first contact with Cheryl to our multiple other calls, customer service was outstanding. We had voiced concern over the smell of propane near our tank. Cheryl dispatched a service technician with in 2 hours to our residence. He found and repaired 2 leaks rendering our system safe. I unfortunately do not recall his name but he deserves recognition for his knowledge and customer service skills. The patience they all had with us and answering of all our questions was beyond phenomenal. We highly recommend Ferrellgas of Somerset.”
