Staff is friendly, but I’m rather frustrated at how long I waited for a washer and dryer(12 days after being given a 2-3 day delivery period at ordering) just to get a brand new dryer that clicks every single rotation (and no it isn’t clothing hardware) I have a single twin comforter in now and it’s still just click click click clicking away. I’m not paying $2500 for this, will definitely be returning the set upon moving out in December because continually calling the store is getting exhausting for me.

Want to give a shout out to Bethany for making the rental process quick and easy. She definitely is a great asset for RAC. Also Bryan delivered our washer & dryer and did a wonderful job. We are very happy with the service provided and even got our delivery within 3 hours! Incredible job, also Chris was very kind!
