Giving ONE STAR due to having to choose something in order to share my genuine review of this “business”The ATM machine has charged my bank account then popping a “misfeed error code” not once but TWICE now and then I’m forced to leave empty handed and $100 deducted from my acct.Each time, the cashier on duty has been intellectually challenged or unable to comprehend basic english apparently and I was forced to leave the store and take the loss as I was unable to locate a number on the machine itself.Furthermore, to support my one star rating let me explain how the male who works first shift on weekdays named Mitch can be SO incredibly rude & disrespectful with the invasive and inappropriate questions he asks customers. He likes to pry about your personal life and ask questions like, where you work, how many kids you have, how you lost/gained weight so quickly, and so on. Not only have I been a victim of the interrogation he puts you through while ringing up your items but i’ve witnessed other (mainly female) customers leave the store very uncomfortable from his behavior. He gives very much predator energy and that is just bad for business. This used to be my go to store since I refused to shop at west 80 shell but lately, i make the extra mile for circle k, sadly. I’m not going to get robbed twice from the unkempt ATM machine and THEN play 21 questions with the creepy cashier every time I come to Estepps Friendly Shell. Losing my business won’t be a loss to the store i’m sure, but I do feel the need to share my concern and experiences on social media because I feel that is the only way my concerns will ever be seen or acknowledged.

Paid for $40 of kerosene. The pump stopped at $22. Went back in to get the remainder of what I paid for. The clerk printed off a receipt that said I got $23.71 (refunded $16.29 to my card). "The receipt is right", she said even though I showed the picture where I had only got $22. So, frankly, I was robbed of $1.71. Not a lot, but it's the principal of the thing. AVOID THIS PLACE!!
