Eric went beyond his job. My mother-in-law couldn't get on one of the beds to test it out and he brought out a stool and helped assist her. He answered all of questions and even help with delivery questions as well. Very excellent customer service.Thank you Eric

Talk about great customer service!!! Absolutely recommend Eric Gossett. From start to finish I could contact him and he answer my questions fast! Before during and after that sale You can’t find Customer service like that these days!!! Delivery guys were also on time, courteous and showed us everything we needed to know about bed. Thank you. Eric was great, he texted me in the morning and then when we got to the store walked us thru all the various choices. He was very patient with my mom who's a bit hard of hearing and explained all the choices thoroughly. Delivery on Saturday, can't wait!

The manager Brian was very helpful in helping us choose a mattress! He was able to provide key information and showed us a variety of options that suited a wide budget range.
