They take time to help customers find exactly what they need, even tracking down specific items like a generator or a specific drillbit. The store has a huge selection of items, including a water heater in a size only found there. Customers always find what they need and often discover something unexpected. The store offers good coupons and has that old time customer service and feel about the place. It is a nice, clean store with a large selection. Some prices are similar to Lowe's, some are more expensive, so customers should compare prices before purchasing. Free popcorn for the kids is a nice touch to keep them occupied while finding what is needed. The staff are always around the aisles asking if customers need anything.
Best place in town to have keys duplicated by a Human, who is helpful and considerate. Like a business should be.

They always have had what I needed at the time, they also have huge selection of items. Love my water heater.Only place I could find the size I needed. They have a great store. Everytime I have been in the store I find something I didn't expect to see.
