One of the best subway subs I have had, the only minor thing I would say is I ordered from the app and I live 15 mins away, it took around 40 mins to be delivered, but other than that would definitely recommend there subs ?

I was the only customer and I spoke to the deli server and she said nothing,I spoke again asking how her day was going and again no response and I ask her if she wasn't talking and still no response,this was not a young server she was at least mid fourties,I turned around and was leaving and finally she said are you ordering? I told her omg,you do talk,needless to say I won't go back even though the food is good I cannot tolerate the rudeness and the bad example she sets for her younger coworkers.

I went in to Subway and ordered 2 foot long subs and started to scan a coupon. They told me that management would no longer take coupons.I guess they are trying to go out of business. I was going to buy gas there tonight to but i decided to get it somewhere else.

I went to this subway for supper for my family and wanted to use a buy one get on free coupon. I was informed that they no longer honored them. Needless to say I won't be back.

We have been using the subway at the Eastway location here in Somerset/Shopville for more than 4 years. It's convenient to our location. And for 4 years they have made great subs.A few nights ago I went to order steak subs as we always do, to be told they were frozen and couldn't service any steak. Ok, no problem I ordered another sub off their menu with double meat. When I got home I was amazed at how little meat was on this sub, truly not even enough for single meat. So I called to notify the staff that they owned me a double meat upgrade on my next order.I called this evening to place my order, to be told they don't take call in orders. Really? After four years of calling in orders and now, you don't take call in orders?It was explained to me that there are new owners onboard, and that things have changed. I asked for the phone number of where I can reach management to discuss this in private. She refused me telling me the on location manager will be in, in the morning.Ok, you don't wish to handle this privately? Let's handle this publically then. The Subway on rt 80 was taken over by another party, who apparently wishes to point this location to failure. If this is how management and their new customer service skills will be handled at this location, I will have to drive the Xtra five minutes to use Firehouse Subs as they always fix us a great sub.Good Luck to you Subway!Parking: Never a problem

Just went here to grab a bite to eat @ 4:53 pm 5/1/2022 and the guys working said sorry but we’re closed. At that point my wife asked why and they replied “It’s too hot” You close a store because it’s 90 degrees outside… Absolutely pathetic maybe the management don’t know about this and if they do they need replaced.

Always excellent, the staff is friendly and almost all the items are fresh. It is hit or miss on hope helpful the staff is in suggesting topping communications. All in all good service and orders are correct, try the online pick up for the best possible selection and creation. It allows you to customize your sandwich and order, then schedule a time for pick up. Great for those on a time schedule or who have only a 30 min lunch break.

Because you are forcing people to wear masks in your store, I will not be back. I have had bacterial pneumonia because of these masks. So now I will be stopping somewhere else everyday. Thats what you get when you allow the children to run things.
