When you walk into the post office with 12 packages and Richard doesn't want to scan them and provide a receipt, it makes you distrustful, especially as a small business owner. Thankfully, the good folks at the Science Hill post office scanned them in under two minutes and provided a receipt. Somerset, shady as always.

Extremely fed up with paying for one day priority shipping and you all not making it a priority to deliver my shipment when it could have easily been delivered on the day it says it’s supposed to be. It’s already been 5 days since it was ordered and the only day you don’t deliver on is Sundays. Been waiting all day for my package and now it is past time that you all make deliveries and it’s not here. If I could figure out who to make a complaint to get my money back for this joke of a 1 day priority shipping service.

Ups dropped the ball and transferred my package to post office and they delivered to a closed office Saturday. Luckily the postmaster tracked it down and I got the package in plenty of time. I appreciate the help the USPS workers did to help me.

I dread when an Amazon package says it's coming on a Sunday. They never show up, they are either lost or delivered somewhere else all together. Or this last time they are saying it was held for pickup...went to pick up it's out for delivery....go home....other package is delivered but the one I went to pick up it says customer requested hold for collection... I did not! What the heck.

Amazon sent two packages for delivery sunday.Carrier pulled up to mailbox.Delivered small package that would fit in mailbox, then drove off with second package because the carrier would have had to walked twenty feet to my porch.Marked the package immediately as "undeliverable". NOT ACCEPTABLE.Reprimand or fire this person.This would never happen with UPS or Fedex because their supervisors would not allow it.Filed a complaint with the postmaster general.Now because this lazy , incompetent, carrier ,didnt want to get out of his/her/its truck,I am expected to drive the 40 minute round trip to the post office to pick up, Amazon pays postage TO MY HOUSE,NOT the post office.People, stop using USPS,they have become a hotbed of incompetence..I am asking the postmaster general to step in and handle this situation(I have filed a complaint).I am not the only one with this issue.And this is like the 5th time this has happened to us.This behavior has to be getting a nod of approval from supervisors,if carriers knew they would get reprimanded for this, it would NEVER happen. Update......on Amazon it shows my package being held at the post office.Called the maple st office.The person who answered could not even tell me the package location, where it was being held, or if it was out for delivery.His comment",I have thousands of packages to deal with". Not very promising reply.

I have never received such terrible customer service as I did from Darren at the downtown post office. He was one of the most unkind people I’ve ever encountered with as far as customer service goes. He did not try to help me and did the absolute minimal amount of work to consider himself a postal worker. He continued, and inserted his opinion about my husband in front of me; however, I hope one day he finds happiness in himself so, he doesn’t have to gain short-term satisfaction by tearing others down.Richard, on the other hand, was very kind and tried helping me. I appreciate his professionalism and the hard work he did.Thank You to all the postal workers.

Said they tried to deliver my pkg. Even left my number to call if they couldnt get through the driveway. I made sure they could get down the driveway this morning. But i get a failed attempt

Why would they schedule a delivery for a package; day and before 8pm, but then NOT deliver it, and lie that I put a hold on it before 7pm. I'm guessing the mail carrier was tired and went back to the post office. But why lie? I just want my package. USPS said it would be delivered today. Guess what? I want my books.----Out for delivery the next day Jan 9th/says it's been delivered, but guess what?! NO, IT HASN'T BEEN DELIVERED TO ME!This postal carrier, black car, white top is not very good at his job.

Horrendous service, mis-scan packages consistently, go with FedEx or UPS if you have the option!

I can handle typical delivery delays, but don’t lie about not having access to my door or mailbox so you don’t have to deliver my packages. We have security cameras showing your excuse was falsified. We were home!!! One or two times would get a pass, but it seems like at least twice a month I get my mail/packages a day later than what I’m scheduled to with some bogus reason attached to the tracking info. I’ve called and complained, but I keep getting the runaround.
