Always has meds ready after I call within a half a day. If I have to wait on a med it's no more than a day

I don't do business either so I can't speak on that respect however I've always felt unwelcome and out of place in or around any Walmart pharmacy. Not welcoming not inviting and honestly the only way I would ever be able to give a honest review of their service as if it were the last place on Earth to fill a prescription or get some medical supplies. That should speak volumes on the lack of warmth and hospitality I get from them and I'm sure I'm not the only one. Step your game up Walmart is because you have a monopoly on small town markets for the most part is not mean small town markets should get the shaft from your lack of effort on the customer service side. Just saying you should roll on back those attitudes as well next time as you're getting the prices....

Whatever you do, do not volunteer for Google's reviews. They make it too hard to stop and turn off.

Unfortunately I have TRIED to use Walmart's outside pickup for medications since I am in direct contact with symptomatic COVID-19 positive patients at least 3 days per week, including today. They state their outdoor pickup is not available and they cant even accept exact change for a prescription nor can I pay on the app or with a debit card. I was told I MUST come inside to get medications. So, I will undoubtedly come inside to pick up medications and not use your useless COVID-19 pickup policy as I do my groceries to avoid contact with people. This is not acceptable! Competence goes a long way in today's society and obviously your employees are not capable.

just went to exchange a pair of jeans that were too small and a pair of boots that are defective and they will not return them or exchange them I would not buy clothing or anything like that at Walmart they say they're not doing the exchanges at this time well if that's the case they should take the items off the shelf and not sell clothing

The pharmacists are friendly and they assist without complaint, they treat you the same (rich or poor) they are very friendly and have their priorities straight, they put me first no matter who tries to interrupt. I appreciate them very much. I would recommend Walmart Pharmacy to anyone!

I'm a military veteran recently retired to this area. I presented a script to be filled along with my insurance card. The pharmacy tech looked at my insurance card for several minutes and then informed me he did not know how to bill this insurance. I was told it is my responsibility to contact the insurance company , obtain information on how to bill, and present it to him. I told the tech that it is not my responsibility to do his job for him, as well as that he should know how to bill a nationally recognized insurance carrier (Blue Cross/Blue Shield.) At this point another pharmacy tech became involved ,and he was just as clueless. I was told that they could fill the script but that I would have to pay cash. I responded I will not pay cash when I have valid insurance. The two techs then kept me waiting at the counter for over twenty minutes while they searched online. I was finally told that my insurance had been "terminated". I informed them that it is apparent they do not know what they are doing. At this point I went to the Rite Aid across the street. The Rite Aid pharmacist had no problem with my insurance and filled my script within several minutes.
