The technician was pleasant but my service is down again. I’m so tired of having unreliable service. I left spectrum because their internet service was terrible and was told by windstream they were better and they’re NOT! Technicians have great personalities but internet service from the company is terrible

Shoddy Internet, not getting promised speed for the price I'm paying $90/month for 16-18 mbs is a bit absurd. Tech are friendly, getting to know them well with the amount of tickets for issues.
Update!! 10/08/24 Technician had came back out after 5 days of zero service. Found out my "Provisions" is set too high...guess 16mbps is too much.

Repair ticket input, 4 days before tech arrived. Work STILL not repaired and my service ticket was closed?!?!?!?!?!?! Hopefully Tech will show up as he said verbally to me but I highly doubt it since work reqmnt was removed with closure of my outstanding ticket?!?!?!?!?! WORK STILL NOT DONE!!!!

Horrible experience. My WiFi has been out for a week now, I had an appointment for them to come out on 10/2, then I got a text saying it was changed to 10/1 from 8:30-10:30, then 10 minutes before they were supposed to be here I got another text saying they changed the time to 1-3 which did not work for me so I called to see what is going on and why appointment has been changed so many times and after 30+minutes of being on the phone and talking to 4 different people the only thing they could do was push my appointment back ANOTHER week and a half.

If I had the option I wasn't even give them a 1 star review. I talked to a sales person and they told me that it would be faster and more reliable than spectrum. I decided to change and I could tell right away that they lied to me just to get my business. My speed at spectrum was 300 megabits or whatever you call it, anyway after 3 days of terrible internet I called and asked what speed I had and they told me the fastest they had in my area was 25 megabits or whatever you call it, which is 12 times slower than spectrum. By lying to me they caused me a big hassle and cost me money. They are sending me a bill for a month and I also had to pay spectrum to come back and hook theirs back up because the kinetic tech cut the spectrum wire. I HAD KINETIC 3 DAYS AND THOUGHT I WENT BACK IN TIME TO DIAL UP. People should be honest and not lie just to get your business. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND KINETIC TO ANYBODY.
