We called for a fence estimate.JD arrived on time, looked over our property and gave us an estimate that day. They would order the supplies and an approximate day in 3 weeks was chosen for the job. The material came in early and they were able to complete the job a week early.They promised to do the job in one day and they did. Three workers came, they removed the old fence and set the new one. Communication was excellent, fence installation excellent. A job well done!

This is Donna walls: I love my generac and I love the guys that put it in! I want to say Justin Robinson is the only reason I bought it, I was super impressed with his professionalism and knowledge. Personality can’t be beat and very personable. Told me every step of the way and was with me every step of the way. Super appreciative for his service and highly recommended!

There are not words to describe the caliber of work that the A Plus Contractor crew did while installing our siding, fascia and soffit. We have an entry way that needed a special cut out for the door to open and the gentleman that worked on it went above and beyond to make it look amazing. They took their time to make sure everything was done wonderfully. I really appreciate that Sean was always in contact and everything went so smoothly. We look forward to working with A Plus in the future and would highly recommend them.

Absolutely phenomenal work! We could not be more impressed and thankful. They got a team together in one day and got our roof done while we’re going through some devastating damage to our home! Matthew Asher and his Team were fantastic! Our Generac was installed in a few hours and was taken for its first test when the power went out early the next morning! Worked like a charm! Completely seamless, power went off, and the Generac kicked into duty! Would highly recommend A Plus Contractors! Thank you once again, Matthew Asher!

(beware of overly short reviews)I'd like to start by acknowledging that we paid $15,000 upfront for this service. It pains me to have to write this negative review, but unfortunately, I feel compelled to share my experience. Throughout the entire process, we've encountered significant challenges and frustrations. The only positive aspect of our experience was dealing with Matthew Asher, who handled the sale of the generator and its installation.However, like many sales transactions, we soon realized that what was promised to us did not align with the reality of the situation. On the initial scheduled installation date, we received a call notifying us of a need to reschedule due to inclement weather preventing the pouring of concrete for the slab foundation. Understandably, we agreed to the rescheduling, which was set for a month later.When the rescheduled day finally arrived, we faced further complications. The power company arrived promptly at 8:00 AM to shut off our electricity, as requested. However, the installers didn't arrive until noon, a full four hours later than the promised 8:00 - 11:00 AM window. Consequently, we were needlessly without power for a substantial portion of the day.Additionally, the projected six-hour installation timeline proved wildly optimistic. The installers arrived without the necessary concrete slab, despite it being clearly outlined in our contract and documented by the salesperson. This lack of preparation and communication was evident as they seemed surprised by the requirements outlined in the contract. They appeared uncertain about crucial details, such as the placement of the generator and its connection to our breaker box.In a baffling turn of events, the installers proposed a complete overhaul of the original plan, suggesting running a cable from one end of our home to the other, through the attic, to access the breaker box. This proposed solution was impractical and disruptive, particularly considering the location of our bedrooms and office.Overall, the lack of coordination and communication among the company's staff was concerning. While everyone we dealt with was friendly, the inability to effectively execute the service left us deeply unsatisfied. We are now left with the daunting task of seeking a refund, as the thought of relying on this company for any future service or warranty issues fills us with apprehension.In conclusion, based on our experience, I cannot recommend this company to others.

From the sales team to the installation team, they are with you all the way. The sale side did an excellent job of providing the right whole house generator for our intended use. He asked questions about current and future plans and then presented several options for us to consider.
The installation was excellent, I have been in the building and computer data center maintenance field for over 45 years and knew the process to install electrical equipment. They completed the job following state and local codes and took careful care of my home during the installation. I couldn't be happier with the install.

When I had a problem with my Generac and lost power, A Plus sent a crew from their office to my home late in the evening to fix it. (110 miles away). John and Donny quickly located the problem and fixed it. Very pleasant people also. The staff was also very helpful to coordinate the repair. Thanks A Plus. You've got my vote.
