“This company has went above and beyond.My interactions with this company started 6 months prior to me actually starting an account. I called Ohio Valley Propane in April of 2021. I am building a cabin in the woods with nothing set up prior. I told the company over the phone what I planned to do and that I was just pricing things out to start. I called a few other companies the same day. Ohio valley came out to my worksite the next day to evaluate the job and assure me they could handle my account. They were not pushy and said they would be there when I was ready.I contacted them again in late October which is a busy time of year for propane. They came out within a week and had everything set up for me. They ran a 35ft line and hooked two of the 3 planned appliances up. They then ran a 3rd line for an appliance I have not bought yet and capped it so it was ready when I needed it.After 24 hours my heater quit running. I did not know why so I called them on a Saturday morning. They had a crew at my house within an hour. The crew listened to what I had to say and retested everything. In the end it was user error but they never put it that way.All and all I am very impressed with this company and will remember what they did to keep my family warm. They know how to get and retain a customer with great service.”
