    “I had made a purchase at a popular retail store out of state yesterday and the ink tag was left on the item. I went to our local Factory Connection store located at Southside Mall to have it removed. They went above and beyond to help me even though I didn’t purchase the item from them. I always liked shopping at this store because of their friendly staff and would recommend to anyone to shop there for your retail shopping needs!”
