“Five stars almost entirely because of Ella. I came in trying to navigate the tiny, many sided universe of D&D dice, and she was incredibly helpful from start to finish. I had approximately a billion and five questions, because apparently choosing dice can become a full research project, and she answered every single one without ever making me feel rushed, annoying, or completely out of my depth. She was friendly, patient, and genuinely seemed happy to help, which is somehow rarer than it should be. Great customer service can turn a quick shopping trip into a reason to return, and that is exactly what she did. I will absolutely be back at The Gaming Co., and honestly, Ella is the reason why. Thank you for making the whole experience easy, fun, and welcoming!”
